I kinda liked Issac, thought he was like a father figure to Ash and Vivi[?].
Several things here.- Bloodlines already includes gay and bi characters. Basically all female NPCs are bi, Tommy is clearly gay and the Empire desk clerk doesn't sound straight either.
- You can have sex with a woman and a man during the game already and Troika had to hide all the blowjobs, which I restored, probably because of censorship.
- People playing the basic patch won't see this and people not interested in histories won't see this either.
- What a great community the RPG players here are calling gay people "faggots" the first chance they get.
Hilariously, out of all the characters in the game, Isaac might be just about the most "good guy" type in a pretty crapsack world (that is non-Anarch). Him and the Nosferatu leader (can't remember his name).I kinda liked Issac, thought he was like a father figure to Ash and Vivi[?].
That sort of thing is unheard-of in gay circles, I know.
1. You can have sex with different people, yes, but is it homosexual sex?
2. I don't know if Tommy is homosexual, but I do recall that he is an arrogant asshole with self-esteem problems.
3. It is either faggots or homosexuals, and I suppose faggots is easier to type.
Tbh it's not about homosexuality and if it fits in a Vampire game (it does actually), the real question is why would you waste any time to add that in the game in the first place.
That would be why. I never took the code apart. I would have taken that statement as Subterfuge, not Seduction. He is hinting very stongly at it: Player: I just love your work. (Seduction 5 & pc.IsMale) -> Tommy: Always good to meet someone with... similar tastes.
Ah, so this isn't meant as an insult? It surely sounded like one to me...
True, but it is more entertaining to remember that vampires are dead and don't have the same hungers or pleasures that living people do. It's good to get farther away from "vampires are just people with cool powers who don't like sunlight". There's actually a great dialogue in Bloodlines itself where the female Malkavian taunts the horny zombie hunter guy with a gross and horrifying description of what it would be like to simulate sex with her.I feel like you are thinking to much into [the ramifications of vampire sex] at this point. Not everything has to make 100% sense.
Why does is sound like an insult to you? Are you a faggot?3. It is either faggots or homosexuals, and I suppose faggots is easier to type.

Basically, the big issue here is that by including the possibility of a homo PC you've taken a step towards turning VtMB into Twilight.
World of Darkness was always very "sexually open". I'm surprised people think otherwise. Vampires were always considered seductive creatures that could fuck anything because .. why not, they're just toys after all.

You need to look up the jiangshi and the penanggalen one day, dude. And I don't mean the WoD ones.World of Darkness was always very "sexually open". I'm surprised people think otherwise. Did you misswrite Codex into google when you were trying to write reddit ?Why does is sound like an insult to you? Are you a faggot?
No, but I'm not a native English speaker either and in German the translation of "faggot" would be an insult compared to "gay".
I've searched through planet vampire and the only thread where VERY FEW people asked for it is this one: https://forums.planetvampire.com/bloodlines-modding/gay-intro-and-other-stuff/
Twilight was written by and manifests the values of a socially super conservative Mormon.
Really? Give me some examples from the 90s then. I'm waiting.World of Darkness was always very "sexually open".
