Archolos is great btw. But consider this the devs of it didn't region lock the mod for every russian like any mainstream polak would in support of ukraine and they even added russian localization months after There are normal polaks out there. Just too little on this forum.

No magic is refreshing and very period accurate (for all periods btw). And Kingdom Come was a great game.

Also, I do wonder if there will be English subtitles or if the game will even be sellable outside of Russia. This is exactly why I hate politics...

Open world games are expensive to develop so it is difficult to turn profit by selling in a single country and Russia is not exactly known for affluent customers willing to pay 60 USD+ for games.

I bet there will be VK Play exclusive for russian market and some steam-publisher for other regions and languages, just like with Atomic Heart. It took about two days for Atomic Heart VK Play exclusiveness deal to pay for itself, covering payment to Mundfish and all advertisment expenses.
