Your screenshots annoy me greatly! I can't get the fucking game to take pics (nor can I get the steam overlay to work) in DX11 mode. All the screenshots are just black images. It only works if I use DX9.

I have always liked Hellstaff's fiery rain ToP, and Doomsday's renderer and lighting system only makes it better.

Still, Heretic is a vastly inferior prequel to both Hexen games that feels more like amateurish Doom TC than a standalone game.
Not a bad game, mind you, but still not nearly as good.

Heretic is butt-ugly for the most part and some levels are a pain in the ass to navigate (find the switch, get back to that room at the other side of the level), but I like it a lot nonetheless. I'm replaying the series chronologically, starting with Heretic of course. I haven't played these games for ages and I've forgotten a lot of stuff.

MY main issue with Heretic is that it's just a garish mess without any consistent or interesting environmental themes. It's basically doom's blocky, semi-abstract tech maps, complete with electric flickering lights retextured into fantasy, with similarly altered arsenal and monsters.

Hexen, OTOH had its own, highly distinctive and cohesive look and feel.

Still Life. Digging it so far, well worth $1 during summer sale and surprised I'd never played it before. Definitely has that Syberia feel. A shame about the fixed resolution though, these are even upscaled slightly.

The issue here is that the mod doesn't specifically target children.
You are allowed to fuck any human character.
The modder forgot that children are human too.
And since the plug-in automatically scales two actors size to the larger one, that muscular child is the result.

Hell, you can even fuck a raised zombie - as long it's human.
