It doesn't feature any new graphics, but it does make the game running perfectly on high resolutions (like 2560*1440), thus making the textures, which were already very well made, looking extra crisp, therefore makes the game look much better (it looks even better than, say, Thief 1 & 2 and Morrowind).

The Diploratic kingdom grows. King Rrat, master of rat diplomacy, is a wise sovereign who expands his kingdom while stemming the tide of random monsters not aligned with the monsters faction lead by Ratmen such as himself.
A new hero wants to fight for the glorious Diploratic empire.
Truly a Ratman among Ratmen.
Later on he leads an expedition through a portal into one of the parallel planes near Ardania. He slays many dragons and many of his werewolf entourage fall, however he uncovers many artifacts, loots much gold and discovers holy sites where temples to Grum-gog can be built.
Still, dragons are hardly the most terrifying of creatures found in these strange alien worlds.
Meanwhile Dun, the Ogre hero fighting for King Rrat, is a one man army that takes on an entire army of undead by himself.
And turns their capital into rubble, sucks to be dead doesn't it King Lich?

But it's just no fun. I could understand it if I had to browse youtube for a walkthrough because the puzzles are hard. But they're not that tough. What's tough is the platforms - Lara jumps in some pretty fucked up directions because the camera is shit, and if not that, you have no idea where the fuck the thing you're supposed to jump on is. Fuck spending a minute looking around a room just to find a fucking pole. Fuck that. Combat is also boring as fuck, and areas are samey and in the end pretty tiny. Legend was far better in every aspect.
