It was practically just Minsc, with the Dragonslayer sword, and my two Magic-Users with Magic Missile, Flame Arrow and all those Remove Magic Resistance-type spells. Damned Red Dragons stealing people's daughters like that. :rpgcodex:

Merchant your my greateast ally!

:2/5:
A proper JEWS would've invested all its DNA-shekels in transmission vectors and kept symptoms at a bare minimum. Then once the entire world is nfected (and no cure started yet), mutate for the killer symptoms and murder everyone. Too obvious out of the gate to be proper JEWS.

CSGO has proven quite addictive since I bought a couple of months back.
This is the first time we beat someone to 0. I was the last man standing in the last round. Was really nervous I would die and fail our flawless victory. :smug:

Do you...do anything in it?
Yes... take some screenshots.
Well, it's a skeleton of a game so far. It needs better content, actual damage model, and better combat.
Still you can trade, do missions, fight (which is pretty hard if still simplistic) when the mission is an assassination or high-risk courier/taxi run and so on.

The best thing you can currently do in Pioneer is contribute to the code base, especially in the areas that get less attention than they need, like combat (because few people seem to have concrete ideas about it) and system generation (because existing code is mostly old and scary).

Damn, I took a bunch of screenshots while playing Rayman Legends but for some reason Steam fucked them up and all I got was a lot of black screens. These stages are particularly gorgeous:

e2CxbXf.jpg

But to be fair, every single level, every single bit of detail in this game (and Origins) is stupidly beautiful too. This is easily one of the best platformers since the 90's and it amazes me how Ubi's Rayman department is somehow trapped in this alternate void, far from any contact with the decline. This game in particular has so much fucking content it's just awesome. Really recommend it. The only two downsides are:

1) uplay
2) no online multiplayer, which would be beyond great

Also, exception from overall awesomeness

That's the somewhat confusing finale of an otherwise truly excellent map. You have to destroy a certain object in the environment before you can damage the Chthons (yes there are two) this was not signposted or explained so I initially missed it and ran out of ammo... I also played on hard skill despite the warning in the readme, so maybe it's my fault

...or are you raging at the yellow particle, at least it's not round :obviously:

Oops. Nearly slammed into sun at 14x speed of light. That'll teach me to mess with my nav-computer.

DraQ is the final boss in the second expansion.

Overall it wasn't so bad. The best thing about Quake, is how fluent the combat is. It just feels so right, the movement speed, the weapons power, and the enemies AI. They are not cyborgs with 100 % accuracy but still aren't shooting ducks. Of course creatures like Shambler don't need to have "big brains" but when you toss two of them in small arena it's really great when you are the winner and move onward. Since I'm in the mood I'll replay Q2, it's been a looong time anyway since I've played it.
