When we upgraded from a 386 SX/25 to a 486 DX2/66 with 4mb RAM and a 2x speed CD-ROM drive, me and my dad also bought our first ever PC magazine so we'd have a CD-rom to use in the drive. (PC Format, Febuary 1995 iirc). Bioforge was reviewed in that issue and I remember the graphics being jaw-droppingly gorgeous. Almost like watching a movie
