Your stats look.... high. How did you manage this? Congrats on beating that fight!
IIRC I maxed magic at chargen, dumped the rest (Or most of the rest) in to might, and then they got boosted further by items and character background. Tended to prioritize might and magic boosting items for my wizard dude since that let me alpha strike more reliably with spells.
Actually what the hell, I'll fire it up and take a peek. I don't think I changed the gear on him after that point.
Apparently I did, had 21 might at the final save. The rest are the same though. Looking at my not-suppressed bonuses, I'm getting +1 might from god's boon (End game save, explains the 21 might), +1 might from eating some souls from a machine or something because wizard does what wizard wants, +3 might from girdle, +2 resolve from ring, +1 perception from hat, and +2 INT from amulet. Plus other miscellaneous bonuses but those are the regular stats.
Not sure how I had 108 accuracy in that picture though. My base un-buffed accuracy is 51 with the paladin's aura running. May have had buffs from Durance during the fight and no longer had dragon terror debuffing, but still doesn't really account for the difference unless I'm missing something. And looking over Durance as far as I can tell he should only be giving a +5 accuracy bonus unless I'm misreading something. Maybe there's something fucked up with items with Marking? My wizard was using a pistol with Marking, maybe he was cumulatively getting the bonus himself or something? Killed the dragon after the patch which as far as I know supposedly fixed broken item stacking stuff.
Ah, further investigation shows I had the "Mob justice" talent due to working with the Dozens which gives an accuracy bonus if you're going after the same target as someone else. Also only a +5, but maybe I had enough dinky +5s from here and there to actually double my accuracy.
