Both games are fantastic. They're worth it for the combat alone, but the scenery is beautiful and the story is weird as fuck.

It's a brawler-shooter hybrid and a pretty good one at that. The kicking mechanic is very reminiscent of Dark Messiah but without all the convenient extreme ledges. The real draw of the game is the bizarre story, atmosphere and art design though, and that's top notch. Would be worth playing it just for that alone even if the gameplay was shit, and it isn't. It's a pretty short game though.

My arch enemies in MM2 are Crazed Natives. They have high Speed, they are many and they "explode".

So after walking around town and taking screenshots and talking to everyone i went to first expedition. And now game is past refund time because i spent too much time in town or alt+tabbing.

Imagine Darkest Dungeon but more boooring and slooooooooooooooow. Darkest Dungeon compared to Vambrace is like some bullet hell.

Risen 3 - Overall it was disappointing. After the beginning, I quickly was gaining more XP and in the middle parts I already was rolling through all the enemies without big problems. Also putting invisible walls in the open world RPG made me angry, and the main hero has now a charisma of a rock. At least some of the NPC character were little amusing and I could do some scavenging through the islands. I also think, that from all the titles released by PB, this one has the worst end map. Horrible trash mobs reminded me of NWN 2 OC.

Still finished it.

I take it you didn't play with the Risen 3 - Real Enhanced Edition mod? It helps a ton with with the progression curve and how combat works in general (stun-locks aren't really doable, enemies are much more dangerous, etc.).

I'd highly recommend that anyone jonesing for a Piranha Bytes game and is turning to Risen 3 as an option install this mod.
