Apart the classic painting, isn't the last picture Waterdeep from Eye's of the Beholder 2?

How is it??
It plays like a survival-horror somewhat. Enemies drop you health bar in a matter of seconds. Your guns are limited to three at a time and ammo is very scarce, especially at the very beginning.
Using melee attacks when dealing with a single enemy is advisable. You can also abuse corners, combat AI isn't smart here.
Developer cites first Half-Life and Unreal as inspiration. Not sure about Unreal but i can see Half-life influences, the Flaw has a few memorable setpieces.
You also occasionally encounter your fellow human survivors who follow you and help in combat.

Watching your fellow men drop like flies is a common occurence here and these followers usually show up in a group of two-three right before the game decides to throw a considerable number of enemies at you. Methinks the game subtly encourages you to treat them as expendable meatshields.
First impressions are good. There is quite a bit of content here already, the demo is 1-2 hours long.
