Is it just me, or doesn't AP-reducing attacks work for shit?? I've seen enemies take full rounds actions the next round, where I have reduced their AP by both 2 and 3 points.
I'm starting the game over as shaman, as a mage, there seems to be a seriously huge bug: I got my number of spell slots permanently reduced to three for unknown reasons. Unless there is some weird ass hidden game mechanics that triggers this, it is definitely a bug.

Did you use up your essence with cyber parts? That has some sort of negative effect on mages.
I did! Is there anyway to get the cyber parts out again? Or are those permanent? Strange thing though: I could have sworn that right after I got the implants, nothing changhed. I remember there was something about a penalty for throwing spells before the cooldown ran out, but I must admit that I didn't pay much attention to it, and can't remember what it said.

If this game get this much attention and analyzing - knowing what was known prerelease - I wonder what treatment will Wasteland 2, T:ToN and PE get.

Life on a limb campaign is pretty good. Still buggy obviously but it has that open world feel and combat much harder.

Also, funny thing about the docks crime scene
And what's the actual difference when you confront the ghosts with all of the items? I have found all of them but during conversation chose wrong option after presenting 2nd item which lead to conversation end. I didn't want to replay that level either :X

Uh, how do I increase the Action Pool? Found nothing in the Quickness branch. It can't be stuck at 2 the whole game, can it? :?

Game is not bad, but is dumbed down in a weird manner that hinder me from taking it serious.

Id rather have a remake of the GENESIS version with these graphics.

... fucking nothing :/

Well,

After you present the third item, you get a short retrospection of the crime scene, showing the good doc and his cybertroll talking above the corpse.

But after giving the fourth one, the ghost says 'PLZ CAN I GO NOW?', to which you can answer 'sure, gtfo' or 'no, i have some questions'

The ghosts gtfo even after picking the second one, but one stays behind with an ominous "ONE DAY WE MIGHT NEED SOMETHING FROM UUUUUUU" line and then vanishes. Whether this does ANYTHING is a good question, but I've now killed the good doc (again) and there's nothing yet. Maybe there's gonna be something in the cemetery, but given this game's lack of C to the C, I doubt there's gonna be anything

Uh, how do I increase the Action Pool?

keep playing

People wanting more difficulty... that has to come with a new save system, in my opinion. I might go hard on my second run but I would never touch very hard, or an improved hard mode of any kind, with the current save system.

And I think the best part of this game might be the Steam forums.

I think I'm fairly terrible at these types of games and I'm having an easy go if it for the most part. What are you playing as.

No idea. Haven't played as a Mage, I just remember some sort of warning before I got my implants about mages and casting spells and essence. I'm sure someone around here knows.

The game is good IMO, but I agree, I'd rather it be closer to what the Genesis version was. This plays more like an interactive crime novel with some TB combat mixed in. Not trying to slam the game or anything because it's fun even with that said...just it could be so much more.

I hung on to Blind Lucy's Necklace rather than giving it to her friend for 200 bucks because it's supposedly "worth a lot to the right buyer" but there aren't any dialogue options to even show it to the fence in the bar. Will there be an chance to sell it later or was that the only opportunity?

I didn't say it was hard. I don't want it to be hard with the current save system.

I personally have no idea but the way this game is structured I kind of doubt it ever matters again.

I dunno. I wouldn't be surprised if it turns out that certain items are actually needed for quests later on in the game, so your choice is "cash now" vs. "story later" or something. But maybe that's over-estimating the importance of some choices.

Anyone planning on making modules for this yet?
