Regardless if he's just a "part" of BT4, I want him at InXile so he can actually lead a team on whatever their next project is (Van Buren?). Having him lead a team with Zeits, McComb and Heine (throw in Mark Morgan) and I'll be one happy KS pledger and cRPG gamer! I believe that would be one heck of a design team and Fargo would surely let them do their thing.

Leaving Obsidian for inXile on a free transfer. Of course he want to be the team's captain next season!

I wouldn't mind InXile trying some other composer than Mark Morgan...

Who would be your ideal choice, especially since Kirill passed away?

Preferably someone who is not niche'd as a "video game composer."
But it if it had to be a "video game composer", then I think Jon Everist is the most interesting one at this time.

I don't understand MCA being a stretch goal for Bard's Tale IV. What could he possibly bring to a dungeon crawler?

The fact that BT4 is a dungeon crawler is why I haven't given a penny to the Kickstarter.

He wrote some sketches for a live-action fan show based on a indie dungeon crawler. Holly Hell! Even writing this I have to ask myself how nobody wanted to see the signs.

Still 13 days to go. Time to bring in some serious consulting power.

Chris’ involvement will be locked in the moment we pass the $1.9 million mark on the Kickstarter, where he’ll be designing the Cairn of Horrors, an all new dungeon built from the worst things that live in the imagination of Chris Avellone.

:yeah:

1.9 millions. Damn, Fargo is reaching.

This is quite funny:
Update said:
Along with Chris, we’re also bringing back the second Designer of Planescape: Torment and Creative Lead of Torment: Tides of Numenera, the inestimable Colin McComb! He will join our team at $1.7 million, designing a dungeon set in the Realm of the Elves, because we all know no one has mastered the craft of the Elves as Colin has.
Colin's never going to live down the Book of Elves.

Meh, not terribly excited about MCA being a professional stretch goal, I'd rather see him as a creative lead.
