Fallout 3 was a decent as an action RPG, of course I do not have as much experience with action RPGs as most of the Codex to distinguish between the subtle nuances.

How is FO 3 more of a decline from FO 2 than DA is from BG 2? I could understand how someone could prefer FO 3 over FO 2 because it was so different. You might prefer action combat, a FP POV, blah blah blah. DA was like a super gimped version of BG.

Combat and exploring the world was more fun in Fallout 3.
Characters and dialog-quality were better in DA.
