Definitely not a summer release. Art seems to be the bottleneck, so it kinda rests on me not slacking off. ;)

I'm not living that far from Czech, do you need some additional "motivation" to star working faster?

Is the art going to be somewhat incoherent given that you have several artists?

We're not asking the other artists to emulate me, nor are we all trying to emulate Stefano Gaudiano's work in KoDP. The style we're going for is something like Belgian/French graphic novels.
Hopefully it works ok together. (so far while testing it doesn't break immershun or anything)

I certainly am, KODP is one of those games I would never have found without the Codex and it is a delight.

I'm following this, but I try to avoid development updates for the most part. Part of what made King of Dragon Pass great was the initial cultural shock and how eventually solutions to events became apparent once you managed to overcome that and adopted the Gloranthian mindset. I'd hate to accidentally learn too much about the game's culture beforehand and take away that experience.

As before, coding and testing are ahead of artwork. We're doing try outs with several new artists, we'll see how that goes.

Well, not many people are a good fit with technique and style. Also, those artists we already have don't work full time (unlike me), they draw whenever they have time, which for some of them is once every couple months.
