Dragonblood barbariani want to fit in a spell blade type warrior, which wizard subclass is best for that?
It's been years since I played it but I'm fairly certain there was a keybind to speed up animations. According to some of the results on Google it appears spacebar might be the default button for it - maybe give that a try?Guys, there is any way to speed up the animations? Like I can't even cast a basic frost ray cantrip without a 3 second long magical circle animation around my char. I'm playing the campaign DLC for the first time in authentic difficulty. My party is pure magical, wiz/wlk/dru/sor. Since I wanna test the new magical classes.
Really enjoyed agonizing blast + repealing blast in WLK.
You'll be having a lot more trouble than you think, leaf-ear.Also, I'm having trouble making characters that aren't sylvan elves.

And if that's still too slow for you, install the Unfinished Business mod to increase the speed up factor.Hold down space bar.Guys, there is any way to speed up the animations? Finished up my second playthrough the other day. First playthrough was classic Fighter, Rogue, Cleric, Wizard. Second playthrough was more unconventional: Paladin, Rogue, Druid, Warlock. The biggest surprise was the Warlock. I thought I might miss having a more normal arcane caster, but it turns out that fireballs, walls of fire, and banishments that refresh on short rest with an occassional conjured elemental thrown in per long rest more than make up for their lack of spell selection.
Also, I'm having trouble making characters that aren't sylvan elves. That extra movement helps a lot of classes, dex seems like a must have stat for almost everyone, darkvision is a must have, elven weapon selection is great for classes that don't get martial weapons automatically, and getting athletics proficiency can help classes that don't get it normally.
Will be moving on to the Lost Valley DLC tonight!

Dark vision isn't that bad a thing when lights existYou'll be having a lot more trouble than you think, leaf-ear.Also, I'm having trouble making characters that aren't sylvan elves.
I played all humans doing my first run on authentic, did you ever do a cataclysm run? This is one game where humans are at a disadvantage in several ways.

When you're sneaking about, you don't need light. It is if you're trying to be stealthy
No stat boost? Dude humies get +1 all.You can create your own as well but I still see it as a disadvantage and no stat boosts but I think humans get an extra feat or choice to add to stats? Not sure. I know some players say the game was too easy but it was a decent challenge for me, mostly because I had to get used to 5e.
Also, I didn't create a barbarian
The game gets signficantly easier once you realize how powerful Wall of Fire is. It trivializes some of the toughest fights in the game.Dark vision isn't that bad a thing when lights existYou'll be having a lot more trouble than you think, leaf-ear.Also, I'm having trouble making characters that aren't sylvan elves.

how much ac is need for cataclysm?
i have found a way to stack more ac with the unfinished business mod, with a smith cleric and an inventor infusion you can add plus 2 ac. it lasts forever and its as wielding a shield.
barbarian needs to short rest to replenish his rage correct?
