Nice! There's some of the extra challenge you're looking for then. So, my DEX-based Barbarian is kinda screwed because the extra damage from Rage only applies to attacks using STR. Which is nowhere documented btw.
Technically yes. I have to waste a feat to fix it, so it's not completely bricked, but had I known this I would've gone Path of Stone with this char.Nice! Pretty sure the tooltips on rage say so. Melee attacks innitSo, my DEX-based Barbarian is kinda screwed because the extra damage from Rage only applies to attacks using STR. Which is nowhere documented btw.

Solasta is faithful almost to a fault to the edition it adapts. You can assume that everything works just like it does in 5E.So, my DEX-based Barbarian is kinda screwed because the extra damage from Rage only applies to attacks using STR. Which is nowhere documented btw.
You can be if you make ultramegaretarded homebrew about them.I can't be faulted for not remembering minutiae about a class I almost never play on tabletop lol.
Overwhelming damage? You don't always get a death roll I thinkWelp, my ironman run ended ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I don't even know how. The Sorak mage in the crown room killed my ranger even though he had 4 hp and didn't even get a chance to death roll. I think I even had a revive scroll. Oh, well, I knew what I was getting into. I might try again later, but onto Lost Valley now. Ironman again, same party but I'll change the DEX Barb for a Rogue.
He hit me for more than 30+ damage at once? That might be the case and I'm extremely unlucky with his damage roll, I guess.Overwhelming damage? The only thing I can think of is lightning bolt. It can potentially do like 48 damage.Otherwise not sure why you wouldn't get death rolls
Whichever dude made that one should have also invented the equivalent of uno reverse in dndFortunately, I had feather fall!
Basically spell reflect and in games that also have the less common missile reflect. These are beyond barbarian ken, however.Whichever dude made that one should have also invented the equivalent of uno reverse in dndFortunately, I had feather fall!

His forehead is so strong that the axe will bounce right back at you, and hit your nose. Your nose is so big that it will hit the left side, and then hit Cripsy, chopping off his left ear.I cast axe!I got spell reflect. Its called preemptive magecide. These are beyond barbarian ken, however.
