I'm just not into supporting blatant examples of knockoff video games, it doesn't matter whether they stole from GW or from some other company. Still theft.

You can not copyright vague concepts like "Elf on Lizard." Sure, copyright and trademark the name for brand recognition. But the names here are different. And GW do not nor will they ever have a monopoly on fantasy race rides fantasy creature into battle. Or we'd never ever get any fantasy beyond Lord of the Rings and Elric.
Keep ignoring what I said in my previous post:

It's not about copyrighting a dark elf riding a big lizard, it's about doing nothing but copying whole factions off and their entire rosters, including specific WF factions and units (especially some unique WF units), such as Skaven, Warriors of Chaos, or Beastmen.

Do you actually believe that stealing 99% of specific WF lore-related stuff and using it under a different name makes their content legit and original?
