Don't know if he is or not, but are you a GW IP lawyer or something?
I'm just not into supporting blatant examples of knockoff video games, it doesn't matter whether they stole from GW or from some other company. Still theft.

You can not copyright vague concepts like "Elf on Lizard." Sure, copyright and trademark the name for brand recognition. But the names here are different. And GW do not nor will they ever have a monopoly on fantasy race rides fantasy creature into battle. Or we'd never ever get any fantasy beyond Lord of the Rings and Elric.
Keep ignoring what I said in my previous post:

It's not about copyrighting a dark elf riding a big lizard, it's about doing nothing but copying whole factions off and their entire rosters, including specific WF factions and units (especially some unique WF units), such as Skaven, Warriors of Chaos, or Beastmen.

Do you actually believe that stealing 99% of specific WF lore-related stuff and using it under a different name makes their content legit and original?

First thing - SOVL has almost no lore. Second - Warhammer fantasy stole most of their lore from Tolkien and from some pulp fantasy novel writers.
Third thing - you are a huge faggot.

GW got their stuff for Warhammer from several sources and adapted it for their own setting. These niggers stole 99% of WF factions and units and renamed them.

If GW were not lazy and greedy they would have released a game like that a long time ago. Too bad !
Also you are a huge shilling CUCK.

i'm still convinced that a "virtual warhammer", with a decent painter and one fourth/third of the price, would make gw horribly filthy disgustingly rich.
what keeps people away from miniatures is the lack of skill and how long it takes to cut, file and paint miniatures. give me a "car mechanic simulator" for minis and i can see myself only needing in life drips and diapers. hell, pretty much all the "car mechanic simulator"-likes have been huge successes, total war games were niche before being branded warhammer. i can see no possible way for this to fail.

Can't you paint minis in Down of War 1 and 2? Or was it only a handful of soldiers.

In any case, Powerwash Simulator.

the best part is that gw shouldn't even give up miniatures: people who own the virtual troops could "redeem" physical boxes and colors with a discount. suddenly people are buying directly from gw. many of them are going to be people who only want to attempt to try do to manually what they've been enjoying virtually. shit, almost everyone who gave a spin to "car mechanic simulator" wished to try the real deal if it had been as simple. well, guess what, painting miniatures is a thousandfold easier and cheaper than dismantling cars. some of those are going to try again, and it's all sales who otherwise would had never happened.
but wait, there's more: virtual tournaments whose prizes are virtual minis and better discounts! high level and points tournaments whose prize is an invitation to a high profile physical one! gw would be the first company to milk double-whales! two games at once.

Steve gets a Kidney but I don't even get a tag.
I’ve been eaiting for the next SotHR/Dark Omen PC game. More mercenary armies please with more factions involved. Mark of Chaos had potential but missed and was WAY too easy to beat on the 1st playthrough.
MoC also had way too small skirmishes. I preferred Dark Omen and its 1 skirmish = 1 map instead of having micro encounters on a larger map.
MoC also felt way more "arcad-ey than Dark Omen for some reason.

Wasn't Mark of Chaos in development for, like, a year? Not that kind of game one would be fond of replaying but still pretty decent in my book.

Like the cinematic.

Yeah, loved that intro. The game itself was kinda disappointing, but it had great atmosphere overall. Very ye olde warhammer.
