Nice effort, but none of those are actually 3 times the size of the previous game.
An obvious troll is obvious. 2 times bigger is OK, 3 times is not. Because reasons.

I don't even own any DLC for the Vermintide games. Here's a tip: Devs don't always update the actual install size on the store page. That's why simply looking at the system requirements info didn't work for you.Because you're checking the file sizes today with all the DLC and cosmetic bells and whistles included as opposed to what it says on the product tin in the system requirements info. If you want an actual comparison without trying to weasel out, compare both on release, not first game with 15 DLC and 666 skins included to release second game.
For COD, obviously it's not a sequel, but it's the next mainstream game in line, so same logic applies.
Yes, you mentioned that after his post. So? I did mention generations and he agreed with my post. Once again it's on you since you didn't even look at the game we're talking about before you submitted your incredibly informed one word quality post.Thing is, DemonKing already pointed out that fact 8 posts ago.
Translation = "I'm going to take what you said and say it back to you!"An obvious troll is obvious. 2 times bigger is OK, 3 times is not. Because reasons.
So in other words, it changes with time, and instead of comparing release to release you're taking a game with stuff added into it to a fresh game on release.Devs don't always update the actual install size on the store page.
Oh no! Forgive me for originally assuming you might've known that it's a new generation release before you started crying about unfairly increased filesize.Yes, you mentioned that after his post.
Conveniently, you're ignoring the "+" where Odyssey says 48+. Even without DLC, It's not 48 GB to install. No need to save face when dealing with you.So in other words, it changes with time, and instead of comparing release to release you're taking a game with stuff added into it to a fresh game on release.Devs don't always update the actual install size on the store page.
Conveniently, you also left out the part where your Odyssey file sizes actually does include additional shit. You're either incredibly stupid or trying to save face.
Ah...here's where we pretend that's what you meant in your first post even though it's not what you wrote.Oh no! Forgive me for originally assuming you might've known that it's a new generation release before you started crying about unfairly increased filesize.
Which means it originally was. Same with Vermintide, which was 30 as it says currently, not 50 as of now. Pure hypocrisy where you first said they don't really update the system requirements but then immediately present a case where they did. Moreover I already covered that in my previous posts saying that if its updated, compare on release. Learn to read before you embarass yourself further.Conveniently, you're ignoring the "+" where Odyssey says 48+. Even without DLC, It's not 48 GB to install.
No, I actually did assume that if you know what ENGINE the game is made on, you would certainly know that it's a new generation exclusive. You know, taken a single look at the game info page. There's no way you would be able to miss that if you did read that it's on UE4, but combined with the issue above it seems you do actually have trouble with reading.Ah...here's where we pretend that's what you meant in your first post even though it's not what you wrote.
No, moron, I presented a case where they didn't. How is simply putting "48+" updating it? If they kept it up to date it would show the exact correct amount. Also, games don't always get larger they sometimes get smaller as well. Vermintide II for example, and Vahalla is actually only 77GB now for the base game. No, I don't think I'm the one who's embarrassed here, but don't let that stop you from projecting.Which means it originally was. No, you didn't, but I expect you'll keep bullshitting like that as if people here are going to buy it.No, I actually did assume that if you know what ENGINE the game is made on, you would certainly know that it's a new generation exclusive. By adding a plus to the old filesize instead of re-calculating it every time a new DLC/update is released since they can't be bothered to keep the info up to date it in the first place. How is simply putting "48+" updating it? If they kept it up to date it would show the exact correct amount.
Who's projecting now?No, you didn't
It seems to still be a revelation to some people. No, the game can't have more shit in it at a higher fidelity, that just "doesn't add up". No!Will you faggots shut the fuck up? The game has more textures at a higher resolution and it's made the file size bigger. Get the fuck over it and stop whining because you can't afford a bigger SSD.
Here's your exact post....Who's projecting now?
Yeah..."Or you know, the fact that it's a whole different game, a sequel at that, which most likely has way more textures, sounds, and especially cosmetics. And other stuff that nobody knows about yet."
Equip yourself with a primer in english and re-read mine and others' posts. If you redirected the time from making bitter inane replies to everything to looking at the game info page and learning what goes into a game's filesize, it would be much clearer to you.You obviously have no idea what the exact reason is.
I heard the real reason is because Cal Kestis's lightsaber is now much longer and has more girth. Will you faggots shut the fuck up? The game has more textures at a higher resolution and it's made the file size bigger. Get the fuck over it and stop whining because you can't afford a bigger SSD.
No need to when someone is obviously bullshitting the way you are. That much is perfectly clear. If you had been talking about the generational leap in the beginning you would have mentioned it. You weren't. Instead, you've stuck with "Well that's what I actually meant" in an attempt to save face. Stop being a little bitch and just move on.Equip yourself with a primer in english and re-read mine and others' posts. No, what I said is what I meant. That it's going to have way more shit in it like textures and audio and other shit that we don't know about yet. That wasn't good enough for you, so I explained in detail like you asked. So far you can't formulate any coherent reply other than ad homs.No need to when someone is obviously bullshitting the way you are. That much is perfectly clear. All you "explained" was that it's going have more shit. Wow, that's brilliant! Yes, going from 55 Gb to 155 GB is more files. How perceptive! You didn't explain anything in detail. Afterwards, you suggested that it might be due to not being on older consoles after seeing someone else say the same thing. No, what I said is what I meant. Uncompressed video cutscenes thanks to a more cinematic direction.Surely you'll have an argument why that's so, being very informed on how consoles use runtime decompression and the primary causes of bloated game size, right? As well as generational leaps. If you'd be so kind to enlighten us instead of handwaving. As in your explanation doesn't really cut it.
Don't worry I am sure graphic cards are real.I think I got this with my graphics card. if it ever materializes.
