Make the Dancing Donut GREAT again! As in, larger than other icons and thus breaking the HTML tree.

In no particular order:

- Eviction of Vault Dweller as an admin
- Creation of Prosperium
- Having the nerve to continue using Rex' graphics
- Hiring a dev to create an avatar database and getting rid of custom avatars
- Revoking Crispy's mod status
- Allowing serial alters to get back their original banned account

Edit: An admin or a mod changed 5th line to "Making Crispy a moderator"

It's one thing to make it more intrusive and annoying but breaking the layout is a no-no.

You want it to appear as if it was breaking the layout while still being controllable, hence why it's using negative margins.

Overflowing outside of the ratings container is still breaking the layout.
Stretching the ratings container is still breaking the layout.
Just take the extra step and make it collapse the whole thing. Its fun.

There's still the possibility of adding user-specific behavior. If you're part of a certain group then every donut will destroy the page's layout. If not, things happen as normal.

I better start making making a user list.
