Tasteful rape was already a meme back in '08, or even '07, don't really remember but I hadn't been long on the Codex before encountering that one for the first time. It was based on Volourn's modding efforts and his team members leaving cause of him planning to include tasteful rape, as far as I remember.

If you want to look for a tasteless 201x meme, it's the tranny stuff that started with Kaiserin and became common with SMA.
