Tim Cain is not the only person making this game. Back at Troika he was surrounded by more creative and competent people than today

The Art Director of Outer Worlds worked at Troika and the Lead Designer is an Obsidian Veteran who was Lead Area Designer on New Vegas. So, technically he is.

According to one of the interviews, Greedfall's budget is only 5.5 mln euros, which is probably less than Deadfire.

Mankind divided, D:OS2,

Add Xenoblade Chronicles 2, Dark Souls 3, Monster Hunter World, Persona 5, Horizon Zero Dawn, Dragon Quest XI and Kingdom Hearts 3 to that list. But yeah, 99% of those games are trash and cannot considered Rpgs.
