Why the fuck Red Shit Redemption 2 got so many awards, it's a fucking generic piece of shit. They probably spent half of game budget on bribing judges for award.

I think it's been winning awards for non-gameplay awards. Actor, story, soundtrack, etc. And production-wise and spectacle-wise it is pretty swanky.

The music is good and the voice acting is excellent, but that's about it. RDR2 is a very underwhelming game otherwise.

Octopath is also good. Can't argue with that. I haven't even played RDR2, but OST is solid.
