Don't worry guys, Sims 4 will be downsized so much in scale in order for it to work on tablets that it'll load extra fast on real PCs!

Cool, it's almost time to buy the same game and its countless reasonably priced expansion packs and DLC for the 4th time.

Fool me once...

The Sims 4 rated 'mature' in Russia

The Sims 4 received a mature rating (18+) in Russia, which some believe is due to its portrayal of same-sex relationships.

According to a recently revised Russian content rating law, same-sex relationships are considered harmful to children.

The law was cited by the game's publisher Electronic Arts in a tweet as the reason for the age restriction.

Fans took to social media to protest about the age restrictions.

The Sims 4 is a video game published by Electronic Arts in which players must satisfy the desires and needs of a group of virtual people known as "Sims".

There are generally very few specific objectives, instead players are encouraged to experiment and explore.

If the player wishes, virtual loving relationships may be orchestrated between two Sims of the same sex, which falls foul of a Russian law intended to protect minors.

The news was tweeted by the official Russian Electronic Arts Sims account.

Wow, that sentence.

Also, smart thinking - EA gets less money while the hard-working pirates that will remove all the spyware from the barebone game and add all the launch DLCs will finally get the money they deserve.
Such is the fate of anyone considering to become a legitimate EA customer.

Yeah, it's pretty retarded to make that assumption, Russia have a zero-tolerance against gay propaganda and would probably have outright banned it if it was because of that. It's typical of EA to make that assumption though, it's not our games that are shit or we who have done anything wrong that's just what the stupid bigots say, you aren't a bigot are you?

I'm a bigot and I don't allow homosex with my Sims. If they complain, I tell them to look for a faggot gamer.
Invite all gay sims to a party, then lock them in the house and create a labour camp, where they'll have to work from home to stay alive.

Or better yet. Lock all them in the kitchen and then send a Sim with no cooking skills to operate the oven. Fire with cleanse those mutants.

There are no "gay sims" though, sims are player-sexual like bioware characters and will respond to romantic interactions from both male and female player controlled sims.:pete:

Well, then that just means that the party's gonna be pretty big...

This shit should be fixed by a patch in which particularly weak minded sims, damaged childhoods and extreme frustration with women could trigger a bissexual or homossexual behaviour in Sims.

Most people generally compare playing The Sims to playing with a dollhouse. Thus, when I see posts like this, I keep seeing a young male Codexer playing with a ridiculously elaborate dollhouse furiously ranting about keeping all the "Gays, deviants, and effeminate" dolls in the basement.

ASS AND TIT SLIDERS CONFIRMED!

Actually, I'm shocked. The new CAS looks...like an improvement and the sims look less terrifying than 3. It looks like they have pre-fabricated rooms too.

It's EA Maxis though, they'll release it and it'll probably do something stupid like freeze every night at 11:50. Mods will be needed to fix this/allow for creating true abominations.

I would consider buying The Sims 3 if it was available bundled with all the expansions for a reasonable price. I mean, the game is 5 years old at this point. I should be able to pick it up for pennies. But no, it still costs $200 if you want all the expansions, and more for the stuff packs. And even more for the DLC.

That's my main problem with The Sims series. Rather than any actual innovation between games, EA just uses releasing an updated base game as an excuse to sell more or less the same features to people over and over again.

I think the first trailed had confirmed ass and tits sliders. I swear I had seen it.

Probably, I haven't been paying attention until lately. Fuck, they're hooking me back in (Not paying though) and I know how this is going to end.

Must wait for mods that allow for greater CAS freedom, like this lovely lady I modified:
