Avernum is an OK game, but could have been so much better. Since he was making it for niche crowd anyway, why not make the mechanics deeper?

I remember Second Encounter being as low as $2 during one of Steam's major sales but I passed on it at the time. $8.50 for it and the new DLC doesn't seem like an amazing deal so I'll probably wait and see what Valve prices it at in a month or so. SS3 for $10 seems like a great deal but, again, I'm sure it could be even cheaper on Steam then, too.

Several dirty 3rd worlders in the CDS chat (like Skyway, Ukraine & Anus, UK) have ordered from kwan amazon and used a made up address (use google to find something). I think I'll bite on these. I know I'm hitting rock bottom when I'm rebuying shit games just to have them on Steam (like DKS and BS 1 & 2). Anyone know if Order of War is any good?
