Just noticed Dungeon Defenders is half off on Amazon and is a steamworks title. I might just bite for $7.49 but I'm wondering if it will be cheaper during the Steam holiday sale.

Isn't Steam supposed to have a sale this week because of Thanksgiving? You could wait a few days to see

It's typically been at the end of December for the big holiday sale.

Yeah they have the big Christmas sale but I think they have a smaller Black Friday/Saturday/Sunday/whatever sale at the end of November on Thankgiving

Yes, last year Steam had a Black Friday sale, Thanksgiving sale, Treasure Hunt sale (bridged the gap between Thanksgiving and Christmas) and the Holiday sale. You can just look back over this thread to see the approximate dates.

Yeah for Orcs Must Die sale! Tempted to pick up MoW Assault Squad and Vietnam too.
EDIT: Just noticed a lot of other stuff on sale too, some better then others. Checked my wishlist and quite a few things on sale. Fallout NV DLC is 50%, for example.

I can't believe OMD is 75% off already. Makes me wonder if it'll get even cheaper during the Holiday sale but I can't imagine that. After an initial look this seems to be of the quality of one of the major sales: a lot of stuff on my wishlist is already at 50% off non daily.

I guess I should hold off on all the 50% off stuff in case they go lower before the sales end. Definitely seems to be a better sale then last years sale at this time. I hope that doesn't make the winter sale any less exciting.

Cossacks pack (all Cossacks games + Conquest of the Americas) for 5 money units as well, pretty good deal there, it's one of the best Age of Empires-likes.

Could be interested by Mass Effect 2, but would rather get it on GG. Also more interested in a pack with all DLC but I wonder if it's even coming.

I bought the final pieces to the New Vegas puzzle: Courier's Stash and Gunner Runner's Arsenal.

I thought about getting Portal 2 to add to my Valve collection, but it'll have to wait (I've already played it).

I almost got the missing DLC for NV but I bet it goes lower by the end of the sale. Worst case, I'll pick it up on the last day.

I'm on the fence with ME2. I played through ME1... it was okay... I hate that style of combat/perspective. Never been a huge fan of those Biowarian dialog cutscenes, either. It's basically a tepid adventure game with shitty combat segments in between.

Didn't Gaben say that everyone gets a free Portal 2 due to the hackers breaking in and stealing our info from Steam?

26 or 27 the last day?

I'm waiting to see if NWN2 is a daily deal.

28th is the last day, that is, the deals end around 10am Pacific on Monday.

AUTUMN SALE! Offer ends November 28th

That's listed on all the non-daily discounts.

I am so picking up E.Y.E and Rock of Ages during this thing. Will wait to see if they go on daily sales though, which I'm quite certain of happening.

Picked up Orcs Must Die and the DLCs,good thing I waited for the sale

Now waiting for Revenge of the Titans and From Dust to be on a daily deal

BTW Geneforge collection is 50% off wich means it's only 10 euros now, very cheap considering how much they cost at Spiderweb
