Enjoy the Revolution! Another revolution around the sun that is.
But what should they do when every fuck and his dogs wants a fucking explore heavy open world game with massive loot. They should have cut a great deal of crafting because it isnt needed and also cut the fucking exploring down. In turn they could have made less weapons and armor but more memorable ones and awarded you with that shit when you actually do anything.

Yep. To be honest when I played TW2 and thought "Man, I wish this world is more open and not this consolitised tunnelfest" I didn't exactly need a thousand fucking acres of ginormous world full of boring trash loot. Gothic 2 model, with like 4 large-ish areas full great content would be absolutely ideal for the Witcher setting.

It also doesnt help that Ciri is a dumb fucking cunt which practically begs to be punched.

Shaddap, Ciri is beautiful, sexy and badass. I wanted swiggity that booty the whole game so bad.

The random stuff out there seems a lot worse in Skellige than in Velen. Was lazy and just bought maps to avoid sailing around for crappy caches.

I like how when you play as Ciiri you just spam her teleport powers yet in the part with the Baron when she uses it she's like "Oh noes, now they will find me".

And later on she explicitely tells you small jumps are imperceptible but anything longer creates waves or some such.

Not to mention that was obvious the first time she did it to rescue the Baron.

So 20 meters is too long but 5 is just fine? Please.

Whenever you nitpick at this game, just close your eyes for a moment and imagine the faces these pollacks will make when you point it out: :outrage:

Try it.
It will make you smile and happier instead of bitter.
If it doesn't work, you should play this song before going to bed, lying down with your face watching the ceiling, lights turned off.

The wishing for murdering of people in the internet will stop. I promise.
Good night.

No, he's a legit dumbfuck with a short attention span who likes a few token PC games. And plebs actually think he's some high and mighty PC elitist with a sophisticated taste.

Alternatively whenever you nitpick at anything close your eyes and imagine how retarded you look.

So you really think the difference between the numbers 5 and 20 is minor?

I dont mind nitpicking as long as it has valid points, but this shit here is just autistic.

Yes, because you can just use the 5 meter teleport 4 times back to back with no problems instead.

Are you guys seriously arguing the logistics of sailor moon powers? Reading this argument is like watching the special olympics.

Your rebuttal consists of pointing out a plot contrivance? I think you might be doing this wrong.

The Barons quest didn't make much sense to me either at first. But since Ciri's sections take place a few weeks to a month or so ahead of Geralt's it makes a little more overall sense. Both are long gone by the time Ciri and Gretka arrive and meet the baron. And Gretka mentions that her father tried to send her on the trial of treats. Which means that "Gran" had to have already have been there to receive the children when they arrived.

But there is a lot of arse pulling in the later part of the quest line. Geralt's sudden knowledge about the particulars of the agreement between the Witches and the Barons wife.

What really doesn't make sense is how anyone knows Ciri was in the swamps to begin with and had argued with the witches.

But then you have quest involving an investigation of horse coprse, that just lying in the middle of the road amongst beasts and monsters, with suprisingly accurate reconstruction of events based on it. I could make myself to buy it if it remained intact just for a week or two, but not if we are speaking about months. So such small details and how unconnected this two questlines were until the very end make it look like they weren't planned as one at the start.

Regarding agreement, I'm remember witches were the ones who told it.

I am arguing about the logic of even having those powers as a gameplay element when that ends up contradicting a point of the plot.

So, just started this game up now that I have a decent computer to run it with. And it does indeed look good. But...

Does the wind ever stop? The wind effect in the trees, grass etc look pretty damn weird at times.

You're really begging for that fanboy tag, aren't you.

You spouted shit, got called out, that's all there's to it brah.

Seems to me it looks significantly better on Ultra but yeah, generally it's a bit...plasticky. But you'll get used to it.

Plot contrivance in a fantasy game? Let's be outraged.
