Lol pathetic how fucking obvious it is that those areas were cut out from the main game. They are running out of time so they took two areas that needed most work and are selling them as " expansions":hmmm: but hey cdprojekt are bros they would never do that to us :M and people are still eagerly slurping their shit

Toussaint was never meant to be in the game.

Lol i am sure cdprojekt would tell you exactly what areas were in development during last 4 years. And i am sure they would be honest and never lie to their customers to sell more of their shit.:M

So, the expansion of Pillars of the Eternity has been cut from the game?

If TW3 will have a quest design like this (http://witcher.wikia.com/wiki/Vizima_Confidential), fuck the combat.

It will, the guy responsible for the quests is, apart from being a Cambridge Classical Archaeology PhD, a crime novels writer. As a cautionary note I should add though, that they also contain a lot of butt-sex and it's usually not on females:codexisfor:

--------------

I'm okay with expansions, but I think they should announce it one month AFTER not BEFORE the release and I also don't quite like the expansions akin to the Night of Raven which force you to replay the game. It should either be a follow up to the story or, as in case of TW3 where the Geralt's adventure concludes, should take place in entirely different timeframe/with different PC.

How do you go from a PhD in Archeology from Cambridge to writing quests for popamole arpgs?

Archaeologists have about a 0.7% chance of actually finding employment in their field. One of the most useless things you can get a degree in.

Oh wow... yep... this guy stumbled in from Neogaf. Tweenager level putdowns. Suffice to say most of my favorite games were released before he was born.

Another Argomentum ad Hominem. How childish. I understand, that's no point to discuss with you.

From the guy calling me autistic? This, sir, is what we call textbook irony. Oh, but I see he's helpfully identified himself as Matt's trolling alt. Good deal.

I didn't call you autistic.
And I'm sorry, but english is not my first language, it's very difficult to me recognize irony.

This seems like same PR bullshit as with "16 Free DLCs" they came up with earlier.

Its blatantly obvious that all this stuff is just cut content they never got to finish. There's a reason why TW3 was delayed more than Year of Linux on Desktop.

And since when did it became acceptable to sell expansions before the game is even out? They're basically trying to get away with charging 90$ for a game.

I hope to God I'm wrong, but this game is shaping up to be clusterfuck of the year.
