lack of parralax mapping and lack of forward lit particles is what hits game the most from graphical standpoint.
Reduced poly count is another one.

No, they should make only a PC version with the build from 2013.

Witcher 1 and 2 were only on PC. 2 was ported to consoles.

That "inside" info Perkel posted is from anonymous, maybe a disgruntled (soon to be) fired employee? I wouldnt put it into the fact category just yet. That said the most logical way of developing to me would be creating a version for pc (certainly when the bulk of your fanbase, who essentially got you where you are now, resides there), the best it could be, and then pull options which "nextgen" (lol) consoles cant cope with.

Fans with monster pc's should be able to use all that powah to play witcher in superduper mode. Consoletards just have to do with glorified pong. Deal with it.

Apparently the industry doesnt work this way. Good thing there are still developers focussed on pc (larian).

Isn't it a little unrealistic to still lie to milions of people that the game was not downgraded? Oh wait it's not...
Forgiving them is not the answer,that's how many companies got away with so many lies in the past, because people seem to not care until they bought the game,then they proceed to bitch about it.
