This tread is hilarious -

"Here we go. Personal attacks on a RED (post deleted). That's it folks, show's over.

Locked."

Here is what moderator had to say:

A) DO YOU KNOW THE FATE OF DOWNGRADE THREADS? Exactly. And those who post a lot in them? Also exactly.

B) The rumours Marcin is speaking of are that this is an "insider". THAT is a "rumour" because it is NOT substantiated FACT. Therefore, rumour.

Whether you believe/observe a downgrade occurred or not you will know in a few days. However, buying into "I am an insider" claims made by Internet Guy #74 is buying into RUMOUR.

Downgrade is a matter of believe/disbelieve. How the hell anyone from CDPR could question your faith? The answer is in your heart.

For once I'm going to learn from my mistakes and wait for a couple of weeks before playing this, so the worst bugs can be patched out. I can't remember the last time a PC game didn't need a patch after release. No preloading to reduce the temptation to have a quick play and check it out.

The only reason I even own the game already is that it was bundled with my new video card.

Why are mainstream forums moderators always such cunts?
Publicly traded companies need to have one stonewall solid PR face, because if they allowed any unofficial info to be treated as coming from them, it could affect their stock value.

In other words: they will actively fight negative rumours, because such rumours may cost them money.

What gets me is that they are always so damn loyal. I have seen official paid community managers act with less loyalty than these so called "volunteers" there is no damn way they are getting nothing out of it.

If you are willing to do stuff like that for free you are already pretty heavily invested in the product, no need for money.

You guys are a bunch of autists.

I feel sorrow at your inability to enjoy things
Some people derive more pleasure from bitching about something rather than enjoying it ,no matter how good the product is.
I see the codex community as the ''sith'' conclave where hatred toward every game is something to thrive for...

Here the 2D background is even more evident:

There's really nothing behind the stacks of hay, just a flat texture.

Without hate the RPG Codex it's just another random video games page/forum.

Also, the hate against a game shouldn't avoid you of enjoying a game. And if it does, you have a problem. A big one.
