Only because the content of your post is so lackluster and devoid of content. You do not add in any metrics for what you consider to be "romance" but expect everyone to adhere to your rigid definition. Undoubtedly you have the romantic acumen of a virgin.
In other words, you have no idea what romance is, and believe that a bit of flirting in a night club and a night in the sack is "romance". That's OK. You're not alone in that.
Why do you continue to avoid my question. Define what you consider to be romance. This is the second time I must ask you this, and i've referenced the question just before. DEFINE YOUR METRICS.
There was no question from you. Just you trying to pass a nightclub flirting and subsequent boots knocking as "romance". You were seriously trying to tell me you have no idea what romance is, which was my question to you.
I consider the lead up to the sex, such as the flirting, and jeanette revealing her frustrations with her sister to you, which happens over the course of two nights or so, and the rising friendship between the pc and jeanette, until their ultimate paired bliss to be a romantic moment. It is also in the shadow of a terrible revelation involving jeanette and theresa, which leads to a closer bond due to shared secrets and vulnerabilities. You clearly disagree with my assessment however, and as such, for the third time I ask you, what do you consider to be romance?
You can consider anything you want. The fact of the matter is that you barely know the woman, only really knew of her for 2 days and you boned her. That is somehow romance as far as you are concerned. Might as well hire a whore as an escort for 2 nights and call it romance. Pfft!

The Therese vs Janette showdown should have taken place in front of a mirror. They did a terrific job with camera angles to showcase the battle of two personalities locked in a single body, but the whole thing with pointing a gun looked very awkward and glitchy. I would guess that at some point this cutscene was meant to take place in front of a mirror, with Therese pointing a gun at Janette in the reflection, but they couldn't figure out how to implement reflections, so they dropped the idea.
vampires cast no reflection in a mirror
Only Lasombra have no reflection in the WoD universe.
in vtmb - every vampire, troika even made a whole separate empty mirror map so player was able to see everything but himself.

You miss the point Cael. His point was "they have a sign against Black People, Irish and dogs and then they have the same people showing up in front of their shop".
No. You're misrepresenting my point which was, If you don't want certain people around you put a sign up. Those people then don't go to the place they aren't wanted. This is bad business. But it does send a message that you are wilfully ignoring. The message is "Stay away, impure filth". It's a nasty message to send and why the fuck would I then give a buisness my patronage when they are litterally telling people like me to fuck off. Because fascist now means "anything marginally right of Far Left."

In reality even if a relation with an girl NPC would qualify as a romance in your book, most likely it's a guy that wrote it. Gayme over man.

Anyone? We were the only ones that could experience her flirting so it's a stretch to say that. I would argue that she's just manipulating us when it's beneficial to her. She leads us by the nose, although it's possible that she really is sympathetic towards us (we don't know). The only reward we get (besides money) is her private dance and some more flirting which is far from falling in love. After the second job she just moves on and we have nothing more to talk about (and we also move on obviously). She seems gentle (e.g. she doesn't want humans to be killed but that just might be due to many hunters lurking about and due to masquerade) and kind (although she has no qualms about us killing the thin blood) but in the end keeps her distance.

Anyway, what VTMB creators did seems like a golden mean. If someone wants to imagine that a character is falling in love no one is stopping him and if someone wants to believe that it's all means to an end, likewise. I thank Boyarsky and Anderson for that, I can imagine what VTMB could look like if Mitsoda had full freedom and no direction from such sensible people as them. If more producers would focus on creating an enjoyable game instead of pushing their own agendas we would have much better RPGs. Seeing that Paradox will focus their time on having proper pronouns and LGBTFAGS representation I can already see how that will end.

VV does come across as insincere, but that's the joke, her weird emotions are genuine. She bares her tortured soul in multiple emails after you've finished that last quest.

<Subject> Thank You
<From> VV@Vesuvius.vtm
Thank you again for all you did for me. I want you to know that I meant it when I said I adored you. You made me feel that the world was not nearly so dark and desperate. I hope to see you again in my club... and in my dreams.
All my love,
VV

<From> VV@Vesuvius.vtm
Oh, I do hope the nights have been kind. You were on my mind, tonight, and, I must admit, it was inspiring. I wrote this for you:
Death cannot smother love
Dead hearts are not always broken
Plant a kiss on my corpse
Love blossoms

Did you love it?
VV

<Subject> Your Bloody Valentine
<From> VV@Vesuvius.vtm
It felt so liberating to open up to you in that last email so... I dipped my pen in my soul again to write another for you.
Father, I never knew you
Mother, I ran away from you
Sire, you forgot me
But lover...
you are forever in my heart.

Think my looks will stop me from being taken seriously as a poet?
VV

Quick question: do vampires survive being thrown off rooftops?

actually, yes.

ah, so I guess a gay muslim vampire is possible.

Rudi's nickname should be "The Man Who Survived 1000 Rooftops"
:salute:

Depends on the height actually. A sufficient amount of speed can and does induce final death.

Miranda was the first sign of Bioware's love for autism face.
in fairness, it was just that the model had kind of an odd face disguised by makeup.

then the game's lighting etc made her look even worse.
Here's some trivia for you, Ivone Strahovsky (or should I say Iwona Strzechowska) is of prestigious Polish descent and can speak Polish fluently. And another bit of trivia, the teaser was made by Platige Image, i.e. Polish studio responsible for cinematics in Witcher for example:

VAMPIRE: The Masquerade Bloodlines 2

Platige Image Produces Trailer for Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2

The long-awaited sequel to the legendary 2004 RPG title has finally been announced fifteen years after the premiere of the first instalment. The announcement of Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 was accompanied by an atmospheric trailer produced by the Polish studio, whose recent credits include the widely-acclaimed cinematic for Metro Exodus: Artyom’s Nightmare.
Paradox Interactive recently announced that it has been developing Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2, the sequel to one of the most popular RPGs in the history of the video game industry. The first release in the revamped World of Darkness is highly promising, both in terms of the narrative and also from a technological standpoint – the game will feature real-time ray tracing and Nvidia’s DLSS technology, which uses AI to boost rendering performance on sharp images.

The sequel will be set in contemporary Seattle, with players taking on the role of a fledgling vampire who learns the ins and outs of the World of Darkness by traversing the vampire-infested city.

“The city is the silent protagonist of the film. The opening shots feature Seattle’s port and waterfront, but the combat sequences are set in locations stylized to resemble genuine, ancient subterranean passages. Blood plays a key role in the narrative, as it symbolically drives the vampire city and also stands as a visual commentary on the protagonist’s actions. Beginning with just a few drops, it ends with a monumental wave of blood just moments away from sweeping the waterfront off the face of the city. All this allowed us to blend a more action-oriented approach with the slightly poetic character of the original Bloodlines,” said the director of the cinematic, Jakub Jabłoński.

The Platige Image team, based in Warsaw and led by director Jakub Jabłoński, was responsible for the entire production process – from drafting the screenplay through to the sound design. The only element that was outside the studio’s purview was the voice-over, which was recorded by the game developer Paradox Interactive.
One particularly challenging aspect of the production was the very tight production timeframe. For motion capture recordings, the studio partnered with a highly experienced team of stunt performers.

“The motion capture sessions were easily one of the most interesting parts of the production. The entire story is told from a first-person perspective, so we fitted our performers with head-mounted GoPro cameras, which allowed us to capture truly immersive footage, and get much closer to the characters that the viewers will interact with, and it helped us to really speed up the work on animating the camera. It also meant that the actors and stunt performers took on the role of camera operators. Thanks to the excellent performance of Maciek Kwiatkowski’s tight-knit stunt crew, we managed to shoot all the thrilling fighting sequences in one take. For the calmer scenes, the role of observer was taken on by Olga Szablewicz-Pisuk, who also served as the lead animation artist on the production,” added Jakub Jabłoński.

Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 is the first trailer produced by Platige Image for the Swedish game studio Paradox Interactive. The game is slated for release on PC, PS4 and Xbox One in early 2020, and pre-orders for the versions across all three platforms are already available.

Might depend on the landing. A plunge through a tree might end up with large wood splinters (otherwise known as "stakes") everywhere, which can be problematic if the area is then subsequently exposed to the sun...

Guy writing it is one thing. Guy actually espousing it in real life is another. And I honestly don't know which is worse.

Cheap but very talented workforce in Poland brings many devs around. Same with other jobs.
Good thing is that there are no rice fields here becouse we will work for rice cups per hour in oposition to our civilized counterparts.

Isn't Poland supposed to be developed economy by now? How is it still cheap?
Nah it is still 3rd World , 1 zł [polish currency] = around 4 EU around 60 years of living under ZSRR made this country mindfucked society without ability to prosper in civilized ways. It's not Polish fault it was sold at Yalta conference by it's so called allies and pay for it to this very day. There were no Marshall plans here like ones for nazi germans after wwII.

Huh, ray tracing. Might have to play this just for the grafix then. I’d play Star Stable if it was RT raytraced. By the time it’s out a RT capable card ought to be within reach too...

Why does the perfect genetically engineering human being have buckteeth?
To give more sensation when she sucks your cock, obviously.

Also a slight imperfection is cuter, and therefore "more perfect".
