Also gotta love V5's #1 Garry Stue - a Kwan negro former-slave-turned-Camarilla-superstar, Theo Bell, who launches a "surprise attack" on the leader of Camarilla and kills the 900-year-old master schemer whose combination of mental prowess and Disciplines make him both virtually omniscient and nigh-unkillable by anything short of a MOAB shoved up his ass by..... pulling a sawed-off shotgun while he wasn't looking and shooting him in the face with it. Fucking Tom 'n Jerry-tier shit.
Jesus Christ, I heard V5 was bad, but not this bad, they gone full vampire Django, guess that with all that time they spend deciding which pronoun is ok on twitter, they only had time left to steal be inspired from Tarantino. I guess they are on the Rian Johnson school of hack writing of giving characters the terminal stupidity flaw when it is convenient.
I still believe that Hardestadt faked his own Final Death for some reason.

Also, they like to self insert, lesbo vampire witches seems to describe the average feminist very well.
Oh it gets worse.

If you're far up enough in the ranks of Carna's lesbian club house, having sex with ANYONE will make both them and you part of Carna's harem.

Could be worse. Could be a rock named Geode talking about Jedi sex aboard the starship Vessel. Multi-billion dollar franchise! Paradox clearly couldn't afford that kind of talent.

She was the narrative designer for another game. Hardsuit probably diverted funding from BL2 to their secret project.

the common theory at this point is hardsuit labs was funneling resources towards a separate project

Yup, definitely a case of diverted resources and funding.

It could be why she wasn't in too much hurry to correct the articles back when they were saying she replaced Mitsoda - six months earlier. It was in all the news articles, in responses to her hiring tweet, in discussions everywhere. Really difficult to miss to the point it had to be ignored. Yet several of the fired narrative writers supposedly acted like they were working on BL2, gave that impression, but were really working on something else. (So then it's funny as fuck seeing them all circlejerkhow great it was to work with each other in retweets of their firing announcements.) Generally not a good thing to do when your studio is already on thin ice with the publisher, the publisher has inside contacts into the developer, and so the entire studio gets shitcanned as a result. Keep an ear out for a lawsuit.

It's funny watching them try stuff that not even Richard Garriott could get away with. But hey, Ass Effect: Andromeda and something that sounds like a rip of Gunsmith Cats (in SPAAAAAAACE). Definitely going places.

Paradox now owns part of hardsuit labs which is the strangest part of the entire situation. Seems like it would be a bad idea to piss them off.

Paradox didn't have anyone in Hardsuit's management to keep an eye on things. That was why a hatchet man was sicced on Hardsuit.

Paradox bought a third (33 percent) of Hardsuit Labs back on the 11th of January, 2018. There were some speculations of their share increasing as problems arose and the studio more than likely failed to deliver on milestones. But i've never seen any info on that anywhere.

Yes they did, Paradox had a lead producer named Christian Schlütter who oversaw Bloodlines 2. He was fired.. (around the same time as Mitsoda if i recall ?)

Edit : But i have no idea if Schlütter was on site in the US, or if he managed it "remotely". If he wasn't physically present, Hardsuit basically had a free reign, yes :)

"somehow" = finding a creative practitioner of Vicissitude.
wiki says infernalism
During the next two centuries Iontius indulged his most sinister desires until Aristotle de Laurent (ultra beckett) managed to find him in San Francisco in 1997, where he catered to mortals looking for a very special form of entertainment under the name of Derrick Zeel. He became a porn star, owner of a video production company that makes his films. Iontius gained the ability to feed off his victims through sex rather than by normal vampiric means through his dealings with demonic beings or something else in Asia.
why is literally every wod wiki page a gateway to someone's sex fantasy

"Shit, Paradox gonna pull the plug, hurry, take some of their funds to make a demo for us to pitch to another publisher."

It's all Paradox' fault.
Unlikable characters in the trailer, some hideous butch on the presentation instead of Mitsoda, hanging around with Cara Ellison. If their CEO was fine with all this and didn't see what's coming then they need another CEO.

And now they need money. More than ever it seems. For those of you who haven't heard yet - Paradox is trying to hook their fanbase to subscription model for EU4. As of now there are zero likes under that advertisement block on Steam page. And mind you those people usually like everything.

Well.. according to this, not really. They *want* money, which is entirely different, hehe. And yes.. i also got that subscription email, and all i can say is that Paradox should stick it where the sun doesn't shine.
