Ok, so judging by the ratings I received, maybe I should rephrase my question: how can I equip the ring (and thus unlock all the cool buttons)?

To unlock the ability to Equip The Ring you must first Equip The Ring

In another thread I suggested a 'bacon' button for food-related things, might as well bring it to the floor here.

Another suggestion would be a "It was me!" or "I did it!" button for those posts when people address the forum readers with a question, like "Which one of you trolled MCA on Twitter?" or somesuch.

There are a bunch of them. Roqua just happens to be the easiest to spot because he advertises and is easily baited.
