The most frustrating is people that refuse to use the ignore function but then report people that annoy them instead.

It harms the thick skin argument more than a bit.

I'm not changing anything -- not going on and on about other users sexually is already one of the few things enforced with any regularity, and I was encouraged to point out continued habits.

I don't want people banned, I've already said this a ton; but it sucks when single users can make it near useless. (Ignoring doesn't really work there, unless you are okay ending up like aweigh.) If you value RPGs then enable conversations about them, rather than their disruption. Hazing new users is one thing, but it's an extreme in diminishing returns.
