This shit looks laughably bad, especially storytelling / scripting. And they shove it in your face every 5 minutes, apparently.
I was talking about pre-orders. If it isn't among the top 10, it's most likely going to be a financial failure.
It's singleplayer only. So everyone is either going to the Bay or waiting for the inevitable $5 sale.
Financial failure guaranteed.
Aren't there older i7 processers that are dual-core or quad-core? Maybe they meant that, not the newer Sandy/Ivy/Haswell generation.
Minimum:
OS:64-bit Windows 7/Windows 8
Processor:Intel Core i7 or equivalent AMD
Memory:4 GB RAM
Graphics:GeForce 460, ATI Radeon HD 6850
Hard Drive:50 GB available space
No, the PC version is not based on the 360 SKU. I think those specs are perfectly fine considering it's (code and art) PS4 equivalent.

So what's the difference between the "next-gen" and "last-gen" versions except better graphics? I doubt the next-gen and PC version will feature larger, more complex levels filled with a greater number of smarter enemies.
We won't see good AAA games developed for PS4/XBO/PC arriving before End 2015 and we won't see them later either. Are people then still gonna D1P? Of course, because there will always be clueless D1Pers.

Also the i7 requirement is retarded either way since most gamers I know buy i5s because there's functionally no difference when playing PC games.

Again, that's gonna change once engines are being written against 6-core CPUs (2 cores reserved for OS and background stuff). Not saying it's won't run with Quad-Cores, but it will scale better with modern i7s.
Also idTech 5 might require a beefier CPU to help with Mega-Texture streaming. Rage was pretty bad in that regard.
Why do you assume idTech 5 hasn't evolved since Rage?
So unless they'd include the shitty 360/PS3 version Textures in the PC version (which I doubt)
The game runs on Xbox 360.
Give me the evidence that Wolfenstein is using the same old 2011 engine branch of Rage.
Because this is a game that has been (presumably) optimized to run on 2006 hardware.I'm not sure why anyone would argue that some i7 920 for a 2014 game is considered too high of an requirement.
People, time to upgrade from your shitty Core 2 Duo's from 2006.
