I’m enjoying the game, terrible writing and poor encounter design aside. I’m still quite early and I’ve heard that it gets much worse after Act 4. But the character building is a lot of fun. I almost quit but then I got a horse companion and I was able to build its stats and pick feats. That was a lot of fun.

I’m enjoying the game, terrible writing and poor encounter design aside. I’m still quite early and I’ve heard that it gets much worse after Act 4. But the character building is a lot of fun.

When I think of beardless Dwarf I think of Arcanum and the find the boy plotline. That’s an example of interesting writing and a quest in a fantasy world.
