I really hope this isn't a "we're going to stop working on it, despite what we said, this is all about the sale window" decision. If they really are going to improve it that's okay, but Bloodlines is the perfect example of how fucked the former is: let's stop development on this game for a year while we say we're polishing it, just so we can sell it when there's no competition!

A pretty weird decision imo, considering they've been showing this off at a lot of cons and such. They'll waste all the hype, and have nothing new to show for release time.

I'd rather have a more complete game, so I don't really mind the delays. Unless, as was already said, the delay is just so they can dodge Fallout 4, then I won't be happy. But the dodge makes sense, can't blame them for it

I have this relationship with XCOM where every six months or so I get excited to start a new campaign, and then once I do I start remembering all the annoying bullshit that made me quit playing before.

Not too optimistic the sequel will fix any of that but it's probably worth picking up on sale at some point.

Codex 2016 - The Age of Grimoire Make the Codex Great Again! Grab the Codex by the pussy Codex Year of the Donut Shadorwun: Hong Kong Divinity: Original Sin 2 Steve gets a Kidney but I don't even get a tag.
haha, same for me. It is usually that dlc map that gets me. The one where you have to rescue a scientist or something like that, and when you do you get ambushed by a shitload of thin-man.

Long War is too demoralizing to play. I love what they did but I'm just too casual for it...

The worst part of Long War is how fucking long everything takes. And the second wave option to fix that just isn't balanced properly, no matter how you customize it in the inis. It's a bummer, Long War adds so much to the game, but the autism factor is just way too excessive.

Yeah, that pre-order bonus is pretty meh. Guess that's better than it being something great that people would feel obligated to get, though.

"Instantly unlock a survivor of the old war as a recruit in your barracks."

Wait, what?
