$700 can get you a 2 week Airbnb vacation in a Mediterranean country off-season. People really buy consoles and shit?
They're preparing users for a digital only future, what else?It ships with a 2TB SSD which is odd. Including an optical drive instead of extra storage would have made more sense.
so you already considering it?Significant discount from trading in your old PS5 is the only thing that makes this viable. Even then why would I want to get rid of my PS5 Slim with a disc drive for a discless POS?
I am. There are certain games I would like to experience at their peak. Control is a big one. Dragon's Dogma 2 is another. Monster Hunter Wilds is a big one coming up.so you already considering it?Significant discount from trading in your old PS5 is the only thing that makes this viable. I'd have to play it on gamepad, no thanks.Yes, that is extremely prestigious, waiting fucking 10 years to play one of the best Souls games created. If someone really likes Souls games and didn't play Bloodborne since the game was released in freaking March of 2015, there is only one excuse: being poor. The total cost of getting an used PS4 for cheap, playing through Bloodborne and selling PS4 after it's equal to bag of potatoes and a bottle of vodka.
I couldn't imagine playing a game like that on anything other than a gamepad. Mouse and keyboard is only objectively superior where shooter and stategy type shit is concerned.I'd have to play it on gamepad, no thanks.Yes, that is extremely prestigious, waiting fucking 10 years to play one of the best Souls games created. If I could afford only one, I'd without hesitation buy a gaming machine of choice ( PC ) instead, price is not an issue, having something entertaining to play on it is.$700 can get you a 2 week Airbnb vacation in a Mediterranean country off-season. People really buy consoles and shit?
You are a special case where clawing too much ruined your imagination. Find a study to enroll.I couldn't imagine playing a game like that on anything other than a gamepad. Mouse and keyboard is only objectively superior where shooter and stategy type shit is concerned.
Is this true? In my experience, DLSS 3 and FSR 3 have been phenomenal in improving frames while not harming the graphics in any way.most of the stuff that exists generally makes games look shittier (improving slowly over the years, doubt this will be good at launch), but does give you more frames.
Peak? You can assign the different gun modes to the number row with a mod in the PC version of Control. A game with a transforming gun should have had more than a binary toggle built in for on-the-fly weapon switching.I am. There are certain games I would like to experience at their peak. Demon's Souls remake would be pretty mindblowing to see on powerful hardware like that.
There are comparisons on youtube, you can see how they progressed between versions. I've only used FSR 3 (FSR2 in witcher, it did look noticeably worse) and Intel's XeSS, because they're software-level and should work on any gpu, DLSS is only on Nvidia GPUs that support it and it definitely looks better, from what I've seen. I didn't spend much time looking for differences, but with frame gen stuff looked a bit off. I just chose to play without it and RTX, because I think it would still stutter on my card at 1080p (and the fans stay quiet). Is this true? I'm poor and I agree with this 100%Speaking of Bloodborne, we'll probably play that on PC at stable 60fps within a year, maybe even sooner considering how much progress guys behind shadPS4 are making. Console players will have to wait for the Bluepoint remake when PS6 comes out, and that will be an inferior version.

But for some reason people prefer to spend their energy asking for PC port every year, for the last 10 years dammit.
Then buy a PC, idiot. There are certain games I would like to experience at their peak.
I have a $700 PC, and it can't even outperform the PS4.Then buy a PC, idiot. There are certain games I would like to experience at their peak.
