I paid Esbenus to attack the outpost and after that he moved to the Arch.

You need to give the Spear found in Hellgate to the guy you meet there (forgot his name) and also have the surgical kit from the Library. After you return the spear, you can ask him about the kit. He performs surgery on you and after that you can go to Al Akia and perform the ritual, and you can't do it if you let Meru complete it first. And you need to pass an intelligence and constitution check to survive the ritual.

I paid him to and find him later behind the Arch. I speak with the creature connected with the Arch, too. But when I let him take gold, after outpost atack, I got quest to find aut what happened with his old band which he lose in the Hellgate.

I wrote wrong. I know how to go to Zamedi (I found location in Saross), I don't know how to go in Zamedi Tower. Probably need some artifact or teleport to breach the barrier.

You don't need that specific artifact from Gaelius. You can just kill the "demon" at Inferiae and take his "heart". That will let you go past the barrier at Zamedi.

Good to know. With my loremaster, i probably couldn't kill the demon, but with assassin that will be doable.

Is there a more difficult single fight in the game besides having to personally kill the entire Imperial Guard force at Harren's Pass an an Aurelian Praetor? I.e. when you can't even pass a streetwise 3 or whatever that one is at the very beginning of the Ordu mission.

You don't need to win it, just run to the exit.

My favorite part of this fight is when the last one of the twenty guys lands a 1% hit 1% crit 10 point damage shot on you while you're standing on a mound of corpses the death screen writes it like you were a pussy and they all lol'd as they threw your corpse off the mountain

Actually, does the game recognize that you did it at all if you slaughter the whole bunch of 'em or is it the same thing as running to the exit? I think that would be a buzz destroyer if I ever won it

Regarding PA, I don't know where you got this idea that it is exclusive for blockers. On the contrary, It's probably the best armor for dodge characters (depends on how much you like to use 2H weapons though) whereas blockers might want something with more DR.

Pretty much. Blocker will still be taking damage from hits, so PA doesn't help much with its 8 DR. Dodge+one-handed is the way to go with PA. Otherwise sell PA back to guy who gives the quest, and take 20 lbs of sky metal reward to make a proper armor.

Got there from Lorenza and my only option was to kill Levir, then use machine through Iola for +1 constitution. Which in my particular case buffed hp from 38 to 45.

Have not seen any lore(i has 6), int(9) or perception(8) checks.

Of course build falls apart like house of cards if you're inside building since you can't kite, but that's why I invested 6 into dodge already and there's Alchemy too.

I assumed because their co-ords wouldn't mean shit to you. Though I did think you'd be able to enter it in to one of the teleporters for a different way in. Doesn't seem to do anything for you in my experience (though I did really like the whole scenario, MURDER FOR SCIENCE!)

For the upper floor you need to bee a praetor. theee location for zamedi is ii the library. You become a praetor for aurrelian after your first succesull mission for them.

Aye I know there are a few ways to get there (some of which add it to your map, so you can freely travel there after, others don't but still let you lead benny there/tell him about it). I meant to say that I suspected the co-ords could be entered in to one of the teleporter's consoles for an alternative access route to Al-Akia, could even get you there before Gazeenar. But I obsessively checked all the tele's after getting co-ords and it turned up nothing. I suppose they all go from gateway > gateway anyway, so expecting co-ords to interact with them is a bit silly. Maybe you can input them in the Airship! I'm pretty sure at least one of my playthroughs would have gotten the co-ords before seeing the hangar though, so probably not.

Wait, i read on forum that to get quest for Zamedi and to be able to enter it you need join house Aurelian. I did join, no (zero) options in dialogue with galleus.

After you joined you get the darrius tomb quest, do it and you will be an aurelian praetor. I might be wrong about Zaamedi maybe you have to go to library of sarros.
