They added an HP mechanic to the game because people were too stupid to understand how stat pools worked and were entering combat almost dead.

Probably not. I don't like even PS:T much, so I have very little interest in a nostalgia-driven follow-up by inEptile. Wasteland 2 was shit and the company sucks but I wouldn't have cared much anyway.
