Not sure if posted before, but this video looks like I might be interested in this title, at least from the technical perspective:

Seems like they solved all the (or at least most) tech issues of The Outer Worlds.

The thing I noticed in most of the footage is how static the NPCs are in towns, it's almost like we're back to days of Morrowind, except it has none of the qualities of that game. Towns look like that scene in Blazing Saddles when they set up a town from props and put mannequins to look like people. Peak 2025 gaming. Plus, the facial animations are awful, VtMB shits all over these characters' faces.

You are right, NPCs should wander around doing nothing instead of staying still and doing nothing

Someone (probably from Microsoft because Obs haven't been self-aware for over a decade) saw that it's shit and it's not going to sell well even during the holidays, so they pushed it to February to make as small a splash as possible and be thrown into gamepass fodder.
They wouldn't have paid for ad space in Times Square if they were sending it out to die.

Yeah thinking about it they actually put chips in this. But their business model is so retarded, the price they are asking for such AA quality game and you throwing in the game pass just to have it cannibalized, either its the fruit of really stupid people or they are just trying to kill the studio on purpose.

Painfully busy UI in combat, excessive floating numbers look like shit in FPP. From one of the videos:
