We are working on limited budget on high details I get sub 20 fps when any fire effect shows on screen so I had lower setting but I'm too lazy to tinker with them so just put everything on very low.

No. He is doing what most people do when faced with lag. If a game needs you to tinker with your computer's settings just to run it, it was programmed by incompetent cunts.
