In all fairness the actual models are both extremely un-childlike and inhuman. I think what we're seeing here is just two default rigs at the appropriate sizes.

Those models aren't from BG3, they're from the pedo coomer's computer.

I suspect they're daz3d coomer models due to the topolgy -- the pole on the top of the head kinda gives it away that it's not a game model.
