OwlCat game - You can become a lich, can reanimate bosses to serve you
Larian - Only at end game, you can cast the ultra nerfed 5e animate dead which only raises low CR undead and they even din't said if they will butcher with a single summon limit or not.
Owlcat will use a superior ruleset, superior campaign, adapt a amazing P&P module and they made the unique decent P&P adaptation since nwn2(which requires mods to be good)

Actually Wrath of the Righteous is horrible, uninspired, uninspiring, edgy high fantasy like most Pathfinder Adventure Paths. But yeah, 3.x is pretty cool.

First off, 3.x isn't pretty cool, it's the best fucking D&D edition.
Secondly, if you don't wanna experience the joy of being fucking Doomguy in a fantasy setting, you're severly lacking in testosterone.

It's my favorite edition, but some old fucks still prefer AD&D for some reason. I don't want to pick a fight with them, they might cough on me and I don't want to die.
Having played the adventure path I can confirm that it's trash. It's still fun to smack monsters, though.
