I think i fucked up i invested most of my stuff into spears and bows and almost all late game enemies are super armored or resistant to piercing dmg those late game events are also quite tedious nothing but greenskins i got quite bored after beating them over and over again so i started doing diffrent contracts and after few hours i got message that we are losing war against them lol

The right strategy is to pick cheap bros, cannon foder and to build them as shield + spear or pole, not too many ranged, at least one crossbow.
And prepare your best (expensive) bros to a 2H build while protecting them with a shield and obviously, not picking irrelevant perks.
Have at least one of each 2H axe, 2H sword, 2H Hammer, 2H Mace.
2H pole flails (reach) and the poles with the sweep attack are great too.
Eventually a 2H cleaver, if you find a good one with a 4AP attack (and then a named one with high damage)

Alternatively, pick the Berserker start, use 2H sword or axe and go nudist + berserk.

Other great starts are Hexe or mage trio from magic origins (legends compatible, PTR compatible)

PTR (perk tree reworked) adds a billion of complex perks, but it's probably not a good idea on a second run.

Last but not least, pick the noble war crisis, undead can be quite alright too with legends due to undead armies being more varied with hollenhunds, gheists, undead priests and necrosavants.

This amount of greenskins reminds me how i was once playing legends solo crusader run and at one point, my character had high ground and was surrounded by tons of orks. He used that giant swing attack and decapitated every filthy greenskin scum around him, that was awesome and scary enough that after one or two more kills, orks started to piss their pants and run from fear, or at least try to run because my holy gigachad decapitation machine wasnt fast enough for only few of green survivors.

I tried a solo berserker once on legendary difficulty back when it was pure bloat and was killed early by simple nimble webnecht in a forest, I was confident until I was just dead.
Never again solo runs, you get stunned, you're dead, you get surrounded, you're dead (battleheart perk is no more, or maybe only for the crusader, didn't have one in ages)

I wish there was a way to limit opponents numbers, even if it means limiting your own party size, I can face 50+ opponents sometimes with a party of 12-13.

About the speed, Legends adds 3x speed or more.

Perhaps I wouldn't need it if you played the vanilla game with only small mods. Just saying.

On which terrain does the Witch Hut spawn? Can't seem to find it.
I don't really remember but aren't witch huts a "swamp being" in fantasy usually?

Yea, it would be unnecessary because I would delete the game already and play something else haha

And why would you do that? Are you telling me that the base game is so bad that you don't want to play it but you like it with a mod? A mod that, as you pointed out, requires 10x speed up during battles? Base game certainly doesn't need it (except perhaps when a third large force is on battlefield which happens extremely rarely). I for example like very much Long War for nuxcom1 and find the base game only ok-ish. But i doubt i'd like Long War at all if i disliked the base game to the point of not wanting to play it.

I'm simply baffled by the concept, because of that i'm sorry for the long post.

It is a single-player game, have fun the way you think will bring you the most of it. But i still think you are doing it wrong. Wrong order of playing base game and mod, to be precise. Playing major good mods can be great - later. The way you do it however, you will never know what game most other people are talking about. And never know if the game is good in the first place. That is assuming you played it for a very short time and went straight for search of mods. OTOH, if you played the base game without mods for any length off time and THEN disliked it, I am stupefied that you had the will and patience to even try any big mod. If i dislike a game i simply stop playing it, not look for mods. But then the whole fun in some games is the process of installing mods... or so i heard.

But as i said before, it is your game, sincerely, have fun!

There is a speed mod available, I still haven't bothered using it after playing forever, but some streamers do use it

Depends, I remember having one in a plain next to some woods and with some mountains nearby, I'm not sure it's affected by the terrain that much aside from being close to the "equator".

That was it, found it right near the equator, in a section that was revealed by the spire, but the hut somehow didn't show.

Playing cultists and with all the high resolve bros it was a hilariously easy fight.

IN SACRIFICE, RENEWAL

The inquisitive mind, quite naturally, turns its senses to suffering. As the eyes see and the ears hear, would one find pain to be a worthwhile teacher and, if so, in whose body? Theirs? Or yours?

It's gotta be a battle brothers DLC, people have assembled the pictures and they form a medieval image in the battle brothers art style.

Looks like a hint at fleshing out the necromancers and witchhunters. This bodes well for people asking for dungeons, even if the teaser art is in a cemetery.

Legends mod, Adventuring Party origin - why does the evoker not have any magic, unlike the one from the seer origin?

Can we start pointless speculation already?

Here's mine:
-Witch hunter company background
-more magical weapons and way to craft those
-small doggies that can be released as swarm; useless, but annoying.

The background in the image is urban, city battlefields?

Sacrifice, renewal also has a Davkul feel to it.
