Hey guys, remember these epic "If Doom was made today" videos? You would have thought that with the appearance of Nu-Doom, it would be referenced and perhaps mocked by its flaws and pretentiousness (ie: Regenerating grenades, no regeneration but instead instant health by fatality and few supplies, blurry graphics, etc), no? Sadly, that's not the case.

"One of the best first-person shooters in recent years, if not ever"?

Seriously?

Hey guys, remember these epic "If Doom was made today" videos?

For contemporary standards, NuDoom is a very good shooter. Probably the best one in the last... dunnow, long long time. It has problems (design gets repetitive, numbers of enemies, map editor, MP) , but it's neither CoD, NuWolfestein or Strafe. It's pretty much Brutal Doom HD.

Again, in the land of the blind..... the one eyed man is king.

Denuvo is a Protector.
Denuvo is the greatest means so far to protect the developer's intelligence rights (the game and access to it) from being stolen by scums who identify themselves as "pirates". Denuvo on many (most) occasion has been defeated by crackers, ranging from 1 week it took to crack Resident Evil 7, to 7 months that Dishonoured 2 is still holding its ground against the unpleasant social elements. Denuvo helps to ensure that games are sold in larger quantities and that the families of developers actually get fed by the developer, who does not lose money to potential piracy. Denuvo, alas, is a must in modern society and by supporting it you support the upright things the humanity stands for.
I ardently hope they follow their practices from previous games with updated protective measures.

There is discussion about Dishonored 2 on steam forums, thread with caution.

The rights he doesn't have.

Poor Dave inherited some awful genetics to go bald in his early 20s. He never had a chance.

And here I was, thinking Bioware were the only company that manages to regress on all levels.
Out of morbid curiosity, of the game's size how much is wasted on hat models? Half?

Forums of Dishonored 2 expansion are currently filled by two topics. Denuvo kills. Is Feminism healthy for this game? Basically it's very rare occasion that Steam subforum turned into codex for few days.

Dead or Alive Xtreme Sense Will Let Players Smell Girls And Get Splashed In “Sense VR”
By Sato . June 28, 2017 . 2:00am

This summer, Koei Tecmo is offering a new VR experience as part of an amusement facility called “VR Sense” that aims to bring current and new titles with a VR twist.

Famitsu reports that Dead or Alive Xtreme is being added as one of the titles for VR Sense to go with the recently announced Super Sengoku Coaster that will also be at the event.

As for Dead or Alive Xtreme Sense, it’ll players hang out with the heroines and actually “smell” them through a scent function that is being added to the VR machine. There’s also a misting function that will allow players to get a feel for the water that gets splashed in the VR experience.

Guests will get to check out the VR titles using machines as shown in the above image. More details for the event will be revealed on a later date.

Dead or Alive Xtreme Sense will be available to check out sometime this summer at VR Sense.
