Apparently the problem was that they didn't put any padding on the floor. There was just one or two layers of these foam cubes strewn right on top of a hard concrete floor, no padding underneath. Yet they presented it as if it was safe to jump right into the pit from great heights.

I smell some lawsuits incoming (I think she wasn't the only one who got hurt in that pit, but hers was the worst accident).
