Codex 2016 - The Age of Grimoire Make the Codex Great Again! Grab the Codex by the pussy Bubbles In Memoria
Probably trusted in the organizers of a TwitchCon to be smart enough to actually have a deeper pit filled with those foam cubes... and not just jumping straight into concrete.

That's current generation for you. With some of them it's a marvel they can tie their own shoes, let alone master abstract concepts like "perhaps 1 cubic feet of foam would be insufficient to protect someone divebombing onto concrete".

You'd think they'd put down some mats at least. Even those cheap interlocking yoga mats would help.
That would require some baseline competence and common sense from those people.

Maybe they thought her ass would be able to take that kind of beating due to her past experience.

If you look at the picture it seems pretty clear to me that it's just a bunch of cubes lying on the floor. There's no pit. She's actually just a complete retard.

You're a bit quick to judge here.

I can very easily imagine being there, thinking
"I've walked around this and it doesn't seem very deep. But these cubes are soft and certainly they padded it and I'm here as an entertainer, so here we go!"

Honestly, the idea that a ball (well, foam, but you get it) pit would be unsafe to do a barely 1-1.5 meter jump into is so absurd that it might not even occur. Especially in such an ad-hoc situation.

You don't have to be a complete idiot to not pick up on the exact hardness of the ground you just walked in and analyze it for what's really just minimally elevated gym move while you're trying to put on a show.
I mean, no idea if she is a complete idiot, but I find that to be a very understandable thing to not pick up on.

Searching for (certain) games on Bing now comes with a "Play" button that allows you to stream the game in your browser. It seems to requires a Microsoft account though. I got a log-in screen when I tried Grounded.

If the pit is only like 1 layer of cube deep and you decide to pound the ground as hard as you can with your ass it should be obvious you'll go right through. It's a simple matter of how you're concentrating your weight on a single point. She'd need a good ~3 feet of padding to do that safely.
