This is actually a joke the author made a year ago, but in a recent article on the game he wrote this:

https://www.pcgamer.com/games/rpg/d...nt-overgrowth-of-currencies-to-keep-track-of/

The number of currencies you're expected to collect in modern games seems absurd, but never more so than when Diablo 4 gives them names like anguished goth poetry. To open your Tortured Gifts you need Aberrant Cinders, and while you're hunting for those you should be looking out for Baneful Hearts, which can be used at Accursed Nests to summon a boss who can be killed to farm Exquisite Blood.

So reality has caught up to fiction after all.

I have started seeing this prompt in various games and you have no idea how many times it saved my butt from going to bed extremely late and tired at the office.

This is actually a great warning.
It's admitting that there is a problem (unreasonably long cutscenes that you have to watch in one go) and then instead of fixing the issue they just slap a warning on it. Sure, it's better than nothing but why no make it so you can save during the cutscenes and or just design the game better and implement this all as gameplay rather than a glorified movie.

Do what Half-Life 2 did and allow the player to jump around the room while everyone else is performing the bohemian yapsody.
