KickStarter Black Geyser: Couriers of Darkness - Tales of the Moon Cult expansion on the way

Are these guys the same people who made The Drizzt Saga for Baldur's gate?
I find a Black_Geyser_Couriers_of_Darkness.txt ad in mod zip file.

So is this mod any good? Just want to know a bit more about dev's competency.

It's not a good mod (But then which big content BG mod is good? -None, including of course SoD). Its only real selling point is that it adds custom maps of new locations, which was novel, especially at the time. And it also offers you the Drizzt party for its duration, which shows they are kinda competent I guess? Unfortunately the maps are small and crowded, with bad path-finding, combat encounters are poor, the writing is fanfic tier (what else) and the equipment you get is horrendously overpowered.

Since Drizzt saga is a very old mod though, you can't really judge them now... We'll see.

We are getting close and its time to start getting prepared for Black Geyser!

They have to know.. right? If they said "THE Black Geyser" I would say they're in on the joke. But I can't tell if this is just earnest euros making a game with poe assets or not.
