There are some redundant buttons.

For instance, Agree and Disagree kind of do the same thing as Yes and No buttons.

Also, the Citations needed and the Fake news button sort of have the same purpose.

There's nuances that you'd lose with that. 'Yes' and 'no' can give emphasis to one's rating when mirrored by the purely factual 'agree' and 'disagree', plus they can serve as a metarating when reacting to a posted news article or what have you.

Round the buttons up until only enough for one row are left, current Patron button row takes 3 spaces. Ridiculous.
