A flawed but well meaning project that was just too ambtious for the studio's capacity
Which was 1000 people and 200+ million USD budget, by the way.

Rockstar required 2000 employees to make GTA5 (which had a slightly higher budget than CP77)
That would've been more like it

IMO if they had kept this under the oven for an additional 6 months of fixing and canned the PS4 and XBone versions they wouldn't be dealling with this shitstorm
But I guess the shareholders and fanboys just couldn't wait any longer, it had to come out in 2020 and it had to be cross-gen
Now CDPR got burned, their reputation will never be the same among the masses

Am I the only one disappointed with all of the endings?

I understand them not taking the power fantasy route, but the 'six months to live' bullshit is taking it too far in the opposite direction for me. Had hoped that it was only on the Hanako path rather than a generalized thing.

I'm guessing that it applies to the 'Blaze of Glory' secret ending as well, right?

It looks mediocre and generic you dipshit graphic whore lol. Having higher (arguably) graphical fidelity doesn't mean it looks good.

You brainlets choose your battles poorly there is myriad things to critique in this game but graphics or art direction aint one of them but it figures DUMBFUCK tag is well deserved in your case.

It generated a huge amount of noise. CDPR is getting roasted.
https://twitter.com/hashtag/Cyberbug2077 was apparently Trending on Twatter yesterday.
So you are a modern Gay-mer that needs to have his Spotify playlist running in the background, probably his phone in his other hand, and the attention span of a gnat because of decades of dysgenic breeding among the general population that has turned the average person / gamer into a drooling retard?
Wait till you find out how he watches his movies, in the example of "Joker" for instance, in his own words:
It's possible. I confess that when I watched the movie I used VLC Media player's "On Top" feature to watch it in a small window in the upper right of my screen while I was playing Jedi Fallen Order. It was dope as hell and a whole new way of watching movies that I just discovered all on my own. I had the idea, but I was like, "No, that would never work. It's too crazy." But then I tried it and it worked. I am sharing this knowledge with you men as a possible new way to watch movies out of the kindness of my heart.

More like blame MMOs for this, because many MMOs employ mechanics of destroying loot from monsters to gain materials for crafting

Witcher 3 was already ruined by MMO design decisions ie itemization, and also "open world" trendy BS. Shock horror Cyberpunk has exact same problems. As already stated here by others this game would have been vastly better with 'hub' level design and smaller separate and cohesive locations. Instead we end up with the same generic open world chase the quest symbols and kill the bandit camp. Which ends up smearing Night City with the disgusting taint of Ubi/Beth cookie cutter garbage game design.

Its genuinely sad that CDPR are chasing the AAA trends and ruining what could be truly inclined game IPs in Witcher/Cyberpunk. W3 manages to be a good game in spite of all the BS. It is yet to be seen if Cyberpunk can outshine the fact it feels like you are playing another Farcry clone in sci fi city.

There is the potential for DLC much like with W3 to push the game to the next level. Going to an overseas location or set in one building/compound, smaller locations that have much tighter focus could be great. I think if this game had done Hitman style level design for the acts it would have been more interesting. More interactivity and replayability for the levels would be good. The highlight for me so far is the big heist in the extended intro/prologue. The whole game should have been designed around that, instead of creating the huge GTA style world that ends up feeling lifeless and generic they could have focused on the smaller more intimate locations, and then had schedules for the NPCs and more scripted activity like Hitman.

On a different note, I really don't understand why CDPR decided not to implement more (/all) of the tattoos and face cyberware that NPCs can have into the character designer.

They probably implemented all the options that weren't bugged or glitched
Hopefully they'll add the rest later on then, otherwise it's a travesty to add tattoos only for there to be so few of them.

I'd also love having the Maelstrom facial cyberwares available since it's not like it'd automatically correlate to cyberpsychosis.

It's most likely that one of those expansion DLCs will focus on one of the orbital stations circling Earth.
