It looks mediocre and generic you dipshit graphic whore lol. Having higher (arguably) graphical fidelity doesn't mean it looks good.

You brainlets choose your battles poorly there is myriad things to critique in this game but graphics or art direction aint one of them but it figures DUMBFUCK tag is well deserved in your case.
Yeah, credit where credit's due. The technical side(textures, polygons, lightning etc) is nothing to write home about, but the scale and the detail is very impressive and cool

Eh I like open world games. Being able to dick around and explore the world at your own pace is just fun. Content is king. Asking why CDPR did this instead of following poor-selling games like Prey, Deus Ex MD, Dishonored 2, etc. is a question that answers itself. I liked those games too but don't be dense, open world sells copies.

Also bizarre to say the game's dystopia is 'weak.' The streets are covered in trash and grime, drug addicts and hookers everywhere, street corners have jacked-up cyber thugs who shoot you if you look at them funny, police open fire on criminals without mercy and sell bounties dead or alive, whole city overrun with gangs, etc. etc. and that's just the basic game without any of the corpo stuff going on. What the hell city does Felipe live in that's darker than this?

There is the potential for DLC much like with W3 to push the game to the next level. Going to an overseas location or set in one building/compound, smaller locations that have much tighter focus could be great. I think if this game had done Hitman style level design for the acts it would have been more interesting. More interactivity and replayability for the levels would be good.
It's most likely that one of those expansion DLCs will focus on one of the orbital stations circling Earth.

Who the fuck is going to buy these DLCs? Ending is Fallout 3 all over again, lifepaths are useless, there's no roleplaying, the game is full of cut content and placeholders.

On a different note, I really don't understand why CDPR decided not to implement more (/all) of the tattoos and face cyberware that NPCs can have into the character designer.
Free dlc baby they gotta earn those good boi points somehow, fantadomat im waiting for the generic screenshots that look better than what I posted you brown dumbfuck

Dumbfuck confirmed not only game made by the same company but look at the fucking lod its night and day difference in quality of assets not to mention complexity.
LoL you are retarded. Witcher 3 was not made by the same people, but by the same company, very different thing. Also it looks 10 times better than cybercuck lol. But that is wasted on you since you are retarded graphic whore the runs after the most shiny garbage. You can't appreciate actual aesthetics, only how much of your GPU ram is sucking on lol. Go suck your mum's fat black dick, fucking inbreed kids this days.

The game is by no means a masterpiece, but it's a decent piece of AAA entertainment. I'll definitely buy the DLC if they're as meaty and well designed as their TW3 counterparts.

Dumbfuck confirmed the city in cyberpunk is better designed than anything they have done in witcher 3 but hold on to your retarted views I wonder why are you so stupid hmmm?

In the latter case, it would appear that inbreeding mainly leads to greater variance in IQ levels, due in part to the expression of detrimental recessive genes in a small proportion of those tested.

K found my anwser.

Regarding future content, when could any such DLC/Expansion (meaning ones that take place in different areas, outside NC or even in orbit) take place chronologically, though?

Mid-game, it wouldn't really make sense that V, in the critical condition that he's in, decided to just say "fuck it, yolo, I'm leaving NC lol" and go on faraway adventures. Post-endgame, again, not really possible given V's and Johnny's states after the endings, unless A) CDPR selects one ending as "canonical" and starts any further story progression from there, and A+B) the plot deals with V trying to "cure his condition". It would be possible, for example, to
have a storyline that deals with V in Arizona after the "Nomads" ending. Johnny is gone forever, though, unless they manage to rehire Keanu Reeves and have him record extra lines of dialogue, and make him contact V through cyberspace or something like that.

It is 99% probable that any future expansions will deal solely with adding new gigs and quest lines within Night City. Let's hope these are well-written, at least.

It generated a huge amount of noise. CDPR is getting roasted.
https://twitter.com/hashtag/Cyberbug2077 was apparently Trending on Twatter yesterday.
So you are a modern Gay-mer that needs to have his Spotify playlist running in the background, probably his phone in his other hand, and the attention span of a gnat because of decades of dysgenic breeding among the general population that has turned the average person / gamer into a drooling retard?
Wait till you find out how he watches his movies, in the example of "Joker" for instance, in his own words:
It's possible. I confess that when I watched the movie I used VLC Media player's "On Top" feature to watch it in a small window in the upper right of my screen while I was playing Jedi Fallen Order. It was dope as hell and a whole new way of watching movies that I just discovered all on my own. I had the idea, but I was like, "No, that would never work. It's too crazy." But then I tried it and it worked. I am sharing this knowledge with you men as a possible new way to watch movies out of the kindness of my heart.

Christ, it's bizarre the things you men remember.

Two things:

-I have listened to music while playing games my entire life. So much so that I remember games primarily by what album I was listening to when I played them. In fact, listening to music is the main reason I play video games. If I couldn't listen to my own music, I probably wouldn't bother playing video games at all. I take in a huge amount of new albums a year and I listen to them all until I know them. That takes a huge amount of time to do, so why not kill 2 birds with 1 stone? I see it as maximizing time. Plus, video game music is usually lame filler noise most of the time anyway, so my music is almost always better.

-I never watch movies while playing games. I only did it with Joker because I wanted to have seen Joker, but I wasn't interested in it enough to watch it on its own.

Also, the secret to a huge jump in framerates with minimal lost in quality in Cyberpunk 2077 is turning down Volumetric Particles/Resolution to low. In my testing, Volumetric Particles/Resolution seem to have as big an impact as Ray Tracing. Turning them down has allowed me to up my resolution to 4K while still keeping ray tracing on.

You seem upset,Justicar .

I do get it tho,it is not easy to see people call this lovely gift from your wife's boyfriend,a generic and mediocre. It is sad when you have nothing in your life outside of shiny buildings in a buggy game.

Somewhere damp and cold.
Yeah, see that's how I know you bought into the Hype machine and were smelling the farts. I don't care what CDPR does with their money or what their budget is for their games. If the game is decent, that's alright with me. Their financials are a personal issue.
You wouldn't know the difference between your ass and the mouth, considering the amount of shit you've just spewed forth from the latter, retard. If anything, I was amazed that over the years, the game kept the hype and attention around it, considering significant cuts of content and a not-so-obscured genre and concept change. Even noted it in some of my previous posts, I seldom engage in playing modern shit as is.
But yeah, this is a debacle despite yours or mine lack of interest in their financial standings, because it's only reasonable to judge the developers in this regard also. When bars are set at a certain height - by developers themselves, it is only due that they amount up to those heights, it's not a matter of whether you are satisfied with the diarrhea on your plate (like you are now) or not.
You are even wrong about the game being a decent one, at that. Even if one is extremely generous, calling it a mediocrity would be a compliment.

Hmm, okay dude. Where have you been the past 20 years? If people get the hype train rolling for a AAA title, that train don't stop, regardless of any warning signs. I admit, I do wish I paid more attention because I really like CDPR and from some of the comments in this thread it seems like some key developers jumped ship during this project so I guess they're probably not worth paying attention to any more. Shame how it's always the same story with any talented game dev. The industry really has proved to be toxic, underpaid, overworked programmers and overpaid, underworked project leads that usually push shit ideas.

I understand where you're coming from, but it almost seems like you're too late on this one(I'm sure you think the 90s is the last time a good game was released as well). I'm so used to Game Devs talking up their projects like they're the second coming of christ. Every developer does this. The last people I'd trust to give me an honest opinion would be those that stand to financially benefit from me buying the product.

But what do I know, I enjoy great games like Fallout, Planescape Torment or Arcanum. There's also some shit games like Overwatch and World of Warcraft that I have fun with. At the end of the day, a game is a game, not all of them have to be masterpieces for me to enjoy them. Cyberpunk has enough redeemable qualities in it for me to have fun. The city is really well made and is genuinely fun to explore and look at. The story is interesting enough, despite it being on rails. The characters, for the most part, are pretty fun. Yeah the combat is kind of hit or miss, and the gameplay in general is pretty meh. Guess I'm just confused at what you were expecting. I'm certainly not really looking forward to the next CDPR title, so that in itself says a lot

If CDPR promised the Ocean but gave you a lake, I mean, you still have a lake. Sure don't trust those fuckers, I guess, but I never did in the first place.
